Nous avons passé deux semaines dans la villa et c'était génial, Jacques et Christopher nous ont super bien accueilli, pastèque prête à déguster dans le frigo l'appartement était nickel. Je recommande pour les personnes qui souhaitent séjourner à Pakostane la Villa Lucija.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung mit Blick aufs Meer

Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Der Transfer von und zum Flughafen verlief reibungslos. Die Wohnung sieht aus wie auf den Bildern. Die Vermieter waren immer als Ansprechpartner parat. Der Delfin-Ausflug war super. Wir können nichts negatives sagen. Es war ein schöner Urlaub und wir werden wieder kommen :)

De bonnes Vacances

Appartement très bien, très propre. Très bonne literie. Belle vue sur la mer. Un peu chaud mais ils doivent l'équiper de climatisation. Le village et la mer sont à 8 minutes à pied. Les proprios sont sympas. Ils nous ont offert une balade en bateau pour voir les dauphins.

Merci pour votre appréciation. Nous tâchons d'améliorer le confort de nos appartements chaque années. Effectivement la climatisation est prévue pour l'année prochaine, ainsi qu'en nouveau coin cuisine plus fonctionnel avec four, lave-vaisselle et un plus grand frigo pour rendre le séjour de nos hôtes encore plus agréable. En espérant vous revoir à la Villa Lucija pour que vous puissiez profiter de ces nouveaux atouts. Chaleureux souvenirs de toutes l'équipe de la Villa Lucija à Pakostane.

VUE SUR LES ILES KORNATI

Appartements récents très propres , entretenus-lumineux, très belle vue sur les îles Kornati & co depuis la petite terrasse qui surplombe aussi Pakostane-Calme-Confortable-tout aussi ideal pour 1 famille de 5 personnes comme nous qu'en couple . Excellents rapports avec les propriétaires très agréables (franco-croates) et de bons conseils . - prestations très correctes - C'était notre 2ème séjour de 2 semaines en 2 ans...envisageons le 3ème au même endroit très prochainement...c'est tout dire !!!(dommage que l'on ne puisse pas y aller encore plus souvent...)

Formidable

Un séjour en famille formidable, la villa est magnifique, proche du bord de mer, très bien équipé avec une vue splendide sur le mer adriatique et les iles Kornati. Les propriétaires sont très sympa et très disponibles. Même en septembre le village reste très animé et l'appartement est au calme à moins de 10 minutes à pieds du centre. Je recommande chaudement cette location et les autres appartement de la villa que les propriétaires m'ont fait visiter. Prenez le temps d'écouter les conseils de propriétaires qui ont rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable.

Ni fait, ni à faire!!!

tant à dire : accueil inexistant disponibilité des propriétaires passables travaux toujours en cours appartement sale dès l'arrivée pas de barbecue et terrasse commune ( publicité mensongère) cuisine pas fonctionnelle - manque d'ustensiles ( cuisinez et voilà un hammam) tractopelle juste sous les balcons. Balcons trop petits - impossible de tenir a 4 dessus. Tant à améliorer pour que cela devienne convenable. Pour le prix, peut'on en demander davantage? Je dis que oui. Je ne recommande cette villa à personne!

Nous somme navrés que le séjour de nos hôtes n'ait pas été à la hauteur de leurs attentes. Ils ont décliné notre offre du tour découverte du village de Pakostane en voiture que nous proposons à chacun de nos locataires lors de leur arrivée. La Villa-Lucija s'agrandit pour répondre à la demande grandissante des vacanciers, les travaux ne se déroulent que durant l'hiver, hors de la période de location. Le nouveau barbecue fait partie de ces travaux car nous voulons proposé à nos hôtes un Barbecue traditionnel autour duquel ils pourront se réunir. L'aboutissement de ce projet et prévu pour la saison 2015. Nos équipements coin-cuisine sont détaillés dans nos annonces mais nous tenons compte de cette remarque et allons travailler à améliorer ceux-ci. Chaque locataire est tenu de faire le menage en partant sauf à avoir souscrit à l'option "ménage final" cependant malgré notre contrôle systématique certains détails peuvent nous échapper, n'hésitez pas à nous le signaler nous mettrons tout en oeuvre pour y remédier au plus vite ce qui est d'autant plus facile que nous résidons sur place.

The villa is surrounded by olive groves, it is located on the heights of the village Pakostane, in a quiet area, an ideal location for relaxing, with stunning views of the sea and surrounding islands.
The owners are on site and are available to make your stay enjoyable.
The beach "Janice" is 600 meters from the Villa, the city center is 800 meters away you will find: local merchants, restaurants, bars (open until 2:00), banks, supermarkets, souvenir shops, etc. ..
The village is lively in summer with entertainment most nights. You can also rent bicycles and boats or do all kinds of excursions in the region.

The VILLA LUCIJA Pakostane is located in Pakostane, a beachfront village, this touristic Dalmatian village is between two historic towns: Zadar (35 km) and Sibenik (41 km).
This charming Mediterranean village (www.pakostane.hr) is located in the heart of the Adriatic coast in a unique geographical position: between the sea and the Vrana lake (www.vransko-jezero.hr) but also close to four national parks : Kornati islands (www.kornati.hr) Plitvice lakes (world heritage UNESCO), Krka waterfalls (www.krka.hr) and Paklenica canyon; and two natural parks: Vrana lake and Telascica lake (World Heritage of UNESCO).
