Apartment located on the ground floor in a villa with wooded. Apartment large and bright space. Fitted kitchen, large living room. Bathroom with walk-in shower, 2 toilets. Big room. Nice lunch under the umbrella pine and magnolia. Numerous discoveries in our town of Arles with its museums, its Roman theater, the Arena, the Roman relic museum The Arles Antique (must be seen 5 minutes walk from the villa). Walk along the canal from Arles to Bouc Bridge VAN GOGH (Famous drawbridge of paint). Wonderful place to stay in Arles

We can’t recommend this property enough. It was in an excellent situation only 15 minutes from the centre of Arles and near to lovely walks along the canal/river. The garden was peaceful and welcoming and we enjoyed eating our breakfast and dinner in the garden. The hosts were extremely friendly and made us feel very welcome.

It was very complicated to get into the accommodation. The description of the procedure was sent by email and was written in poor English. It also only partially matched the situation on site. There was a set of two keys in the key box. I used both keys, as you'd expect. The door wouldn't open. No one answered the contact number (in the email), even after trying several times. So I sent a text message. The replies didn't help and took several minutes to arrive. Then they said they'd try to work something out with the owner. Then nothing for about 20 minutes. After about an hour of slow communication, I lost patience and wanted to find a new hotel room. Now the other side finally took action and wanted to send someone. After another 15 minutes, someone came and solved the problem. The solution to the puzzle: the security lock could be opened by turning it in the opposite direction (unconventional!). I was not at all satisfied with the service, which cost me a lot of nerves. The apartment was nice, but poorly cleaned. There were fish scales stuck to the floor.

Heel mooi appartement, superschoon, zeer vriendelijke eigenaren, rustige buurt.Let op! Zelf bedlinnen meenemen.Wij hadden geen bedlinnen bij ons, maar de eigenaar was zo vriendelijk om dit aan ons uit te lenen.Het enige minpuntje is dat het matras erg hard is.

Appartement très agréable et hôtes charmants

René et Chantal nous ont très bien reçu à Arles.L'appartement est bien climatisé, très propre, bien entretenu et spacieux, en dessous de leur propre logement. Côté couchage, nous avons testé la chambre principale et le divan du salon, en enfilade, les lits sont confortables. Appréciable, des moustiquaires à toutes les fenêtres, un lave vaisselle, une machine a laver le linge.

Vraiment super. Très calme et se situe 45min voir 1h de ste maries , aigues morte,du grau du roy

Vraiment bien situé a 15min a pied de la eone commerciales. A 10min de petit commerces et supérettes. Eu a peu près à 1h de beaucoup de jolies coins comme sainte maries de la mer,le grau du roy, aigues morte, Montpellier.. de tres jolie balade autour de la carmagie sont disponibles et encore bien d'autres. L'accueil au top vraiment ,très chaleureux rien a redire et je recommande ce petit endroit apaisant.

Trés bon séjour

C'est la 2ème fois que nous revenons chez vous (1ere en 2011) et rien n'à changé. Nous avons passé de très bonne vacance (trop courte), vous êtes resté vous même très accueillant, discret, attentif à nos demandes .... bref rien à dire à part rester comme vous êtes. Location idéale pour les familles avec enfants. Si nous devons repasser des vacances dans la région nous reviendrons sans aucune hésitation.

Séjour familiale (enfants 4 et 6 ans) très agréable dans cette location, particulièrement bien située. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'accueil fait par les propriétaires des lieux, ils ont su répondre à nos demandes (visites à faire, commerces, plages, etc.) L'appartement est très bien équipé, propre, très agréable à vivre. Si nous devions retourner dans cette magnifique ville d’Arles, sans hésiter nous retournerions dans cette location.

En réponse à cet avis, le raccordement prévu initialement de la machine à laver le linge a pris du retard. La machine est en fonctionnement depuis le mois de juillet 2009.
