Located in the Beachwalk Resort just across from the Sandcastle Playground. Just a short walk or golf cart ride away from the lakefront.

PARKING
2 parking spaces, 2 in the front along the street. Overflow parking lot within walking distance. Please do not park in nearby firelane.

HOUSE RULES

-Must be 25 years old and present for the duration of the stay to reserve.

RENTAL PERIOD
Rents Saturday to Saturday mid-June through mid-August. Short stays are welcome for all other available dates. Great holiday rental. Ask us about our long-term opportunities.

Professionally managed means peace of mind during your stay. Front desk associates, housekeeping and maintenance staff are nearby should you need anything during your stay. It’s your vacation, we are here to ensure you enjoy it!

4ft heated pool*, toddler pool*, basketball court*, tennis court, Sandcastle playground, putting green, paddle boarding* and kayaking*, catch and release fishing off of two different piers. New bocce ball and shuffleboard courts and toddler sprinkler pad. Parking Passes ($5 each) and Wristbands ($15 each) are required for all guests ages 4 and up mid-May through September.

After Dune Delight rents with a 7-night minimum with check-in and check-out on Saturday during peak season (mid-June to mid-August).

Delightful

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. A little noisy by the park, but everything settled down at a reasonable evening hour, and not much going on early in the mornings. Kitchen is a little small, but otherwise, all was great. Thank you!

Great Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was very clean and had everything you needed to make food at the property. It was convenient to have the playground directly across from the property for the kids to play at. The only complaint was the one bed was coming apart and was hard and the TV remotes needed new batteries but these are very minor things that did not impact our stay too much.

Perfect for family with small children

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great fall getaway here with our two small children. They loved being across from the park and the tower room with the "treehouse" views and daybed trundle. We used the grill and the golf cart, and it all worked well. Kitchen was well stocked to cook and even do some fun baking together. House was immaculately clean and well decorated, very cozy. Good house layout for watching movies for the adults after kids go to bed. Quiet evening and morning hours in the neighborhood for a good night's rest for everyone. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home!

Our kids loved being able to play on the playground in the morning and evening while we got meals, etc ready. Warning: kids start playing there early so if you like to sleep in, might find a house farther from the playground.
