My family of 5 (3 adults, 3 teens) stayed 4 days and three nights in this unit. It was our 5th year at Beachwalk and 5th home. Out of all the houses we were disappointed with this one. We knew it would be small and further away from the beach. That is why we always pick a unit with a golf cart. The golf cart worked, but we had to charge it after each trip around the property. It almost ran out of power twice on our way back. The kitchen is very narrow only allowing 1-2 people at a time and that is tight. I suggested more cooking skillets and possibly plastic wear with lids. There is dishes and pans, but very random. Another problem we had was the upstairs toilet. It was constantly running and overflowed once. We had to mess with it the whole stay. This was mentioned to the management. They were very concerned and would have sent maintenence over, but it was our last night and we told them to look at it after we were gone.The mattresses were not comfortable and the living room furniture was old and tired. This would be ideal for a family with younger kids since the park is across the street. The unit could use some attention and be refreshed. For our family size and needs we would not pick this unit again. Overall we LOVE Beachwalk and plan to return for years to come.
