French Farmhouse Extraordinaire

Our family group of 8 adults were well looked after by Maxime in his vast Annonay farmhouse situated on acreage . With 4 double bedrooms and 1 twin on offer for rent it was a lovely roomy way to spend our first week in France. The weather was mostly sunny and we enjoyed swimming and relaxing by the pool then took some day trips to pretty towns up to 2 hours away. The house was well equipped and being near Annonay, shops and supermarkets were within driving reach.

Angenehmer Empfang durch den Vermieter, der sich mit seiner Partnerin ausreichend Zeit für Rundgang und Erklärungen genommen hat. Technisch alles ok. Das Haus und seine Lage sind sehr empfehlenswert für jene, die einen gediegenen Aufenthalt auf dem Land in einer wunderschönen Region suchen, ohne auf die Annehmlichkeiten einer mittelgroßen Stadt zu verzichten. Gerne wieder und gerne weiterempfohlen.

Vacances en Ardèche

Très belle maison ardéchoise dans un cadre magnifique et au calme. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour en famille. Belle région différente du sud de l'Ardèche où nous allions jusqu'à present. Propriétaires très sympathiques et réactifs.

Deze karaktervolle woning op een enorm terrein straalt rust uit.

Aangename en vriendelijke ontvangst. Wij verbleven er met onze kinderen en kleinkinderen. Mooi, ruim, sfeervol en gezellig ingericht huis met 5 volwaardige sfeervolle slaapkamers, goede bedden en matrassen. Bedden zijn opgemaakt bij aankomst. Grote koele living, keuken met tafel voor 10 personen. Bestek, glazen en kommen zijn van alle slag maar past bij deze charmante woning. Zalig zwembad dat volledig veilig kan afgedekt worden. Voldoende ligbedden en parasols. Buitenkeuken aan zwembad. Voor sportievelingen (wij deden dit met kinderen en kleinkinderen en buggy) ben je te voet langs een prachtig pad op 45' in het gezellige plaatsje Annonay. Kortom: wij raden dit huis iedereen aan en willen hier zeker nogmaals met vakantie komen.

Les lits sont faits à l'arrivée. Grand séjour sympa, cuisine avec table pour 10 personnes. Couverts, verres et bols sont de toutes sortes mais conviennent à cette charmante demeure. Belle piscine pouvant être entièrement couverte en toute sécurité. Beaucoup de transats et parasols. Cuisine extérieure au bord de la piscine. Pour les sportifs (nous l'avons fait avec des enfants et petits enfants et buggy) vous êtes à pied le long d'un beau chemin à 45' dans l'agréable commune d'Annonay. Très agréable séjour

Très belle maison, très spacieuse avec de nombreux et (très grands) salons. Garde la fraicheur grâce à ses murs épais. Très bien équipée avec en particulier tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner. Belle piscine avec pool house. Le loueur est très sympathique et très à l'écoute.

Très belle demeure au calme et sur une très grande propriété

Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine chez Maxime : la propriété est superbe, la demeure magnifique et la piscine - sécurisée - est un vrai plus pour les enfants. La literie est confortable et les échanges avec Maxime - qui s’est montré très disponible - se sont très bien Passés. Nous recommandons aux amateurs de calme et de jolies promenades en vallée de la Cance

Excellent séjour

La maison est immense, très bien équipée et bien prévue pour accueillir des groupes (grands espaces conviviaux, piscine, billard, barbecue....). Tout notre groupe en a bien profité. Les propriétaires ont été très sympathiques ! Rien de négatif !
