Das kleine Haus liegt nahe am Strand, hat alles was man für den Urlaub zu zweit braucht. Die Badsituation ist etwas speziell, gerade WC und Dusche sind für große Personen eine leichte Herausforderung. Die Kommunikation mit Patricia war unkompliziert und schnell. Einen kleinen Abzug dafür das es in dem Haus Abends schnell frisch wurde und die Heizung nicht ansprang. Ich habe trotzdem sehr wohl gefühlt.

Location très bien situé, à quelques pas du centre de Perros guirec, très bons échanges avec la propriétaire. Seul petit bémol: la carte tnt sat périmée, donc pas de possibilité de TV durant notre séjour Sinon le reste était parfait.

Tiny House

Situation agréable, proche de la mer et du centre ville. Par contre, le matériel mis à disposition n'est pas récent : poêles dont les manches sont branlants, revêtement des poêles décapés, rayés. Difficile de se préparer un repas avec un tel matériel sur 2 plaques électriques poussives. Pommeau de douche ne tenant pas en place, obligé de le maintenir d'une main et de se laver de l'autre ! 3 cintres de très mauvaise qualité mis à disposition pour un séjour d'1 semaine pour 2 personnes ! Problème d'humidité dans les toilettes et la salle de bains, nous avons trouvé des cloportes tous les jous dans ces 2 endroits. Terrasse sur laquelle trône 2 sièges sales et vieillot, pas de table, éclairage extérieur inexistant malgré l'information dans l'annonce, donc terrasse non utilisable. C'est la localisation qui a sauvé notre séjour.

Ein toller Urlaub!

Für uns das ideale Haus. Es war sehr sauber, ist sehr gut ausgestattet und lag für uns perfekt. In 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Strand oder im Stadtzentrum. Auch sonst sind die Highlights wie die Côte Granit Rose nur ca. 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Das Auto haben wir fast immer stehen gelassen. Das Obergeschoss ist eng, aber das störte uns nicht, deshalb können wir die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Cosy little house close to the beach

Everything was fine, we had nothing to criticize. The description does not clearly state that you're in a little house of your own when you're there. You might get the impression that the appartement is in the bigger house beside it, but it's not. Note: As somebody else already wrote, if you're taller than 1,8 m the shower is really small and not very easy to handle.

Emplacement idéal à quelques minutes de la grande plage. Maison a apparenter à un appartement car mal orienter on profite peu du soleil et terrasse un peu petite . Il faudrait revoir l'accès à la maison car pas de porte et si pane d'électricité on sort pas à cause volet roulant non manuel et douche à reséver à ceux de moins de 1m80 sinon pas possible. Sinon ville agréable et pas besoin forcément de sa voiture .merci

Penty très coquet, très bien équipé, beaucoup plus spacieux qu'il n'y parait sur les photos. Le point fort est son emplacement, entre centre ville et plage de Trestraou, tout se fait à pied. Idéal.

Location du RDC. Bon accueil et départ. Propriétaire disponible si besoin. Maison propre. A 300m de la mer. Quelques petites remarques cependant par rapport à d'autres locations : Une des chambres est petite ainsi qu'un WC très petit (difficile de s'assoir !). Je recommande sans problème. Aucun condiments, sucre, huile, vinaigre. ..

Agréable location pour un séjour

Très agréable location toute équipée, grande pièce à vivre, belle chambre, très bonne literie, petite terrasse pour profiter des journées ensoleillées. Location à proximité de la mer, vue sur la mer, à proximité du centre ville, marché... Tout pour passer de bonnes vacances.
