Séjour face à la mer
Appartement grand et tout confort avec une cuisine équipée à neuf on voie une réelle intention de le remettre au goût du jour seul bémols il manque un local pour les vélo

Appartement très agréable les pieds dans l'eau
L'appartement est grand, lumineux et dispose d'une vue magnifique sur l'océan. Idéal avec des enfants car il peuvent jouer dehors sans problème.
La literie est bonne et le parking est appréciable.
A quelques minutes à pied de la place des landais avec possibilité de prendre la navette gratuite pour le centre-ville (l'été) qui n'est qu'à 3km.

"Séjour écourté car appar...
"Séjour écourté car appartement pas confortable du tout. Non recommandé pour famille avec enfants en bas âges. Beaucoup de bruits extérieurs (promenade du bard de plage juste à côté et beaucoup de passages en pleine nuit de jeunes qui rentrent de boite, de l'autre côté : avenue avec passages de voiture toute le nuit) et pas de double vitrage. Propreté à revoir, allergiques aux acariens s'abstenir : rideaux délabrés et non entretenus, idem pour banquette du salon. Matelas très anciens et mal de dos tout le long de la nuit. Le prix de la location (900 euros la semaine) est vraiment excessif !"

" Le lit de la chambre parentale a été changé en 2013 pour une literie neuve en 160, la banquette du salon également.
Les rideaux sont propres.
La résidence est à environ 400m au sud de la Place des Landais, place du front de mer et rendez-vous animé ( bars ,restaurants…)
Le bruit de la place n’est pas perçu, mais son animation génère des allées et venues, en haute saison essentiellement, qui n’existaient pas auparavant.
Pour un meilleur confort, il est prévu de changer les fenêtres des 2 chambres pour la saison 2014 (vitrage antibruit). "
