About this property

5-bedroom house close to beaches and city amenities.

The house dates back to 1900 and was restored in the 1990s. It retains its authentic structure, typical of the rural “motte” style found in the area, to which a series of newer architectural elements have been added, replacing the more dilapidated and uncharacteristic parts of the complex. The exterior stone staircase with its courtyard, the thick granite walls, and the frames of the openings are the house’s most striking features. The original rooms have been preserved.
The kitchen is well-equipped, and the rooms are comfortable. Both the interior and exterior spaces are large and generously proportioned.

Recomendo.
