Beautiful air-conditioned house in a very quiet neighborhood, nicely located a few minutes away from the most beautiful beaches of the area, with an easy access to downtown Hyeres with its restaurants and interests. Its back yard is completely private, nicely shaded and furnished with elegant table and chairs, a barbecue grill, a ping-pong table and a basket ball hoop. Stay cool with the air-conditioning. Games, DVD's, plenty of books, baby travel bed, etc...at your disposal!

An amazing stay

We enjoyed our stay at Joël's house absolutely. The place provides all the amenities and equipment you could imagine from little things like table games to in hot days most appreciated things like an ice-maker in the American fridge. Also, Joël is a very attentive host who made a great effort to prepare for our stay which is reflected in a really elaborate manual with all the practical tips and a great deal of advice on what to visit in the area.

Excellent séjour dans une maison calme et à la fraîcheur appréciable.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette jolie maison où rien ne manque. Les enfants ont apprécié les nombreux jeux intérieurs et extérieurs (table de ping-pong, panier de basket), mis à leur disposition. Nous avons également apprécié la quiétude de l endroit, la vue magnifique depuis la terrasse, le soir en particulier. La climatisation est un réel plus. Proche de la mer et des commerces. Sans conteste, notre meilleure location depuis 6 ans que nous venons dans la région et nous espérons y revenir.

Great family holiday house in good location

We are a family with two teenagers just back from a lovely week at Joels house in Hyères. The house is in a nice quiet residential area about 20mins walk from the town centre and it's restaurants. Supermarkets are about 5mins drive away. There are lot's of fun things for kids in the house including table tennis, basketball hoop, swings outside plus lot's of board games inside. It was VERY hot when we were in Hyères but the house was nice and cool due to the air conditioning and best of all there was filtered drinking water meaning we didn't need to buy any bottled water. The area is great for beaches and snorkling around the giens penisula about 10mins drive south. We also enjoyed hiring bikes on the beautiful island of porquerolles nearby. Further afield we went to seaside towns of Cassis to the west and St Tropez to the east. There is loads to do in the area. Joel was a fantastic host. He stayed up very late to welcome us after a delayed flight and gave us lot's of tips about places to visit. He also speaks perfect English too! Holiday here - you won't regret it.

Great Holiday Home - Perfect for Children

We stay for two weeks at the holiday home and everything was perfect. The furnishing and equipment of the house was great. Especially for children, the toys at the garden and a big toy collection at the house. Also the extensive kitchen equipment. The location is ideal for day trips to Marseille, Avignon, Nice, Monaco and so on. There are also a lot diffent beaches in the near of the house.

tres bon sejour dans cette villa

nous avons beaucoup apprecie cette location pendant nos 15 jours de vacances;tout etait conforme aux photos;cette jolie maison est tres fonctionnelle rien ne manque;nous l avons eu tres propre on a bien apprecier les exterieurs ou la aussi on a pu profiter du barbecue faire du ping pong et du transat;enfin tout y est pour passer d agreables vacances d'autant plus que les proprietaires sont tres a l'ecoute et super attentif envers les locataires et pour cela encore une fois je les remercie donc je recommande vivement cette location;

Agréable, confortable, idéal pour 5/6 personnes

La plage était magnifique. Hyères est une ville touristique avec belles boutiques. Beaucoup d'endroits à visiter dans le Var. Nous avons eu un séjour très agréable avec nos deux enfants de 12 et 14 ans. Le contact avec le propriétaire allait parfaitement.

Excellentes vacances...

Excellentes vacances ensoleillées ! Nous avons beaucoup aimé la situation de la villa, quartier très calme, voisins très gentils, la première plage à environ 5 mn en voiture. Il faut compter environ 15 mn pour accéder aux plages de Giens (idéales pour les enfants). Pour les familles avec jeunes enfants, des jouets sont disponibles dans la maison. La clim serait appréciable dans toute la maison car il fait très chaud. Attention aux moustiques !! En conclusion très bonne location !

Bonne nouvelle: Une climatisation a été ajoutée après votre passage: Toute la maison peut ainsi être rafraîchie. L'élagage des arbres a aussi considérablement réduit les moustiques. Les moustiques restent cependant présents sur toute la Côte d'Azur.

"Maison agréable et bien ...

"Maison agréable et bien équipée située dans un quartier calme de Hyeres. Les bruits de la ville et des voisins sont inexistants. La plage de l''Almanare est à moins de 5 minutes en voiture et les commerces sont proches (une très bonne boulangerie est à quelques minutes à pieds). Le petit jardin est très agréable et la maison spacieuse. Il manque juste à mon sens un lave-vaisselle."

"J''ai passé un séjour agréable et reposant dans cette maison confortable située dans un lotissement au calme mais pas très loin du centre de Hyères (charmante ville qui vaut le détour)et des nombreuses et très belles plages environnantes qui ont été préservées du béton, un des plus beaux endroits de la côte d''azur française à mon avis.La grande chambre climatisée est un plus ,ainsi que le jardin sans vis-à-vis entouré d''arbres et de végétation à l''ombre desquels on peut prendre ses repas,jouer au ping-pong ou tout simplement se reposer."
