This 3-bedroom, 2-bath home is on three levels but maintains a cozy feel. The main level has a living room with a large rock fireplace and a television with a DVD player. It has an area perfect for puzzles or projects apart from the main seating area.

The deck outside the living area is designed for outdoor meals, as there is a gas BBQ and patio set. Sitting outside on the deck is the perfect spot to watch local wildlife.

Downstairs are two bedrooms (one with a double futon and upper bunk, one with a queen-size bed). The kitchen, dining, and family room overlook the main living area. Also on this floor is the master suite with a huge master bathroom and king-size bed.

There is a one-car garage and hot tub, perfect for stargazing. The Village is just the right distance away, about a 20-minute walk on nearby trails.

Charming house

We loved our stay. The property is comfortable and cozy with great natural light, located in a great spot in Sunriver. Wish we could stay longer!

Great House

The house was great! The kitchen was well stocked and had all you would need. It is a split level so you have stairs up and down in the house. The master bed was comfy but the pillows are horrible so bring your own. Only one set of towels per guest allowed in home. We were there 11 days and when we asked for more towels, we were told to wash them in the provided washer and dryer. The construction next door was loud. We were on our honeymoon and woken each week day to an air compressor, their music and banging. We adapted but it would have been much better without that and we wished we would have known so we had the option of choosing a different property. All in all the good out weighed the bad.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall rental experience was positive. We have rented in Sun River for over 30 years.One recommendation I have is that the homes without air conditioning, need to upgrade to air conditioning or provide some type of relief now that summers are much hotter than in the past. There are portable units which could be provided if they don't want to go to the cost of full home systems.
