Dommage pour le jardin

La maison est trĂšs lumineuse et trĂšs agrĂ©able. Dommage que le jardin ne soit pas entretenu mĂȘme devant la terrasse. Nous n'avons pas pu profiter du jardin dommage avec des enfants... Attention Ă  la porte du four qui nous reste dans les mains rĂ©guliĂšrement.

TrĂšs agrĂ©able maison, spacieuse et claire, correspondant totalement au descriptif de l'annonce. Nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour. Seul petit bĂ©mol mais qui ne nous a pas gĂȘnĂ©: bien que le jardin soit grand, seule une partie limitĂ©e autour de la maison peut ĂȘtre utilisĂ©e, faute d'entretien.

Sehr geschmackvolles Haus

Nette BegrĂŒĂŸung und dazu eine Flasche Rotwein. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und absolut vollstĂ€ndig ausgestattet. Zum GlĂŒck sind die lauter feiernden Nachbarn erst an unserem letzten Tag eingezogen - ansonsten ruhig.

Modernes Haus mit schöner Lage

Haus und Einrichtung sind schön und geschmackvoll. Einzig der Garten könnte etwas gepflegter sein. Ausserdem hört man die Nachbarhunde morgens sehr laut. Darum ein Stern Abzug. Ansonsten haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und danken Cathérine und Véronique.

tolle Architektur - mĂ€ĂŸiger Zustand

das Ferienhaus besticht mit seiner tollen Architektur, geschmackvoller, gut konzipierter Raumaufteilung und durchdachten Details. Das Haus liegt in Sichtweite zu einer vielbefahrenen Hauptverkehrsachse zum Strand von Contis. Leider weist das Interieur eine gewisse "Patina" auf und wirkte insgesamt ungepflegt. Der Sauberkeitszustand, in dem das Haus ĂŒbergeben wurde entsprach nicht unseren Erwartungen. Außerdem befanden sich im Haus (v.a. im Vorratsraum und KĂŒchenbereich) nachtaktive Mitbewohner (aufgrund der Kotspuren am ehesten MĂ€use), die verpackte Lebensmittel anfrassen.

Parfait , conforme au descriptif !

Nous avons passĂ© un formidable sĂ©jour aprĂšs avoir Ă©tĂ© accueillis par Me PIAT trĂšs gentiment. LA maison est tout a fait conforme au descriptif Ă  environ 8 min en voiture et 20/30 min en vĂ©lo de la plage. Les vĂ©los sont prĂȘtĂ©s par le propriĂ©taire avec un siĂšge enfant ce qui est un rĂ©el plus.La maison est ouverte sur l'extĂ©rieure ce qui est indispensable les jours de pluie (qui ne sont pas rares dans le Landes ) :) La maison est par ailleurs trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e en terme de vaisselle , cuisine , etc.. Bref tout Ă©tait parfait. Je recommande fortement !

Tolles Haus - toller Urlaub

Wir haben 3 Wochen Urlaub in diesem tollen Haus gemacht: Tolle, moderne Architektur, viel Licht, geschmackvoll und sauber. Es ist alles da was man fĂŒr einen gelungenen Urlaub benötigt. In nur 20 min. erreicht man den Strand mit dem Fahrrad, mit dem Auto in 5 min. ParkplĂ€tze sind am Strand ausreichend vorhanden. Das Haus ist in jedem Fall zu empfehlen! Zwei winzige Kritikpunkte: Der Grill könnte etwas besser sein und die Hunde der Nachbarn sind manchmal nervig.

séjour trÚs agréable

Nous avons séjourné hors saison en famille (6 personnes, 3 générations) dans cette maison lumineuse et fonctionnelle. La description de l'annonce est parfaitement conforme à la réalité. Une seule petite suggestion pour la location hors-saison: Avec de jeunes enfants ou des personnes ùgées, il serait utile en soirée de disposer d'une petite télévision pour suivre les actualités ou encore pour regarder un DVD quand il pleut.
