Ein wunderschönes Haus

Wir sind eine Familie aus Deutschland und waren für 3 Wochen in diesem tollen Haus, mit 4 Kindern und den Großeltern. Es war der entspannteste Urlaub, den wir jemals hatten. Der Garten ist ein Traum, wenn es heiß ist, kann man unter riesigen, alten Bäumen sitzen und es ist kühl und angenehm, dort zu verweilen. Der Pool ist traumhaft schön, auf Sonnenliegen kann man entspannen, während die Kinder im riesigen Pool spielen. Ein Tipp an Eltern mit kleinen Kindern: Wir hatten eine Schwimmweste dabei mit einer Pfeife, so mussten wir keine Angst um unser jüngstes Kind haben und er war der "Bademeister" und hat das Wettschwimmen der Geschwister begleitet vom Rand des Pools aus. Im Haus ist alles sehr sauber, die Küche ist riesig und im angrenzenden Wintergarten haben wir gern gefrühstückt. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und wir haben jeden Tag für all 8 Personen gekocht - endlich ein Haus mit genügend Besteck und Tellern!!! Auch die Bäder waren sehr sauber und die neue Waschmaschine hat uns den Alltag erleichtert. Für die Wäsche gab es im Garten genügend Platz an den Wäscheleinen. Der Vermieter, Richard, ist sehr, sehr nett!!!!Er wohnt etwas entfernt, antwortet aber direkt und hilft sofort. Unsere Tochter hatte zum Beispiel gesundheitliche Probleme und er hat direkt einen Arzt für sie gesucht und telefoniert, damit wir im Notfall Hilfe haben. Soviel Freundlichkeit und Menschlichkeit haben wir noch nicht erlebt. Vielen Dank für alles, lieber Richard!

Maison de vacances reposante

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'espace extérieur équipé d'une cuisine d'été ainsi que sa grande piscine avec bain de soleil. L'emplacement de la maison est idéalement située pour s'y reposer. Nous recommandons la piste cyclable (sécurisée) pour se rendre à la plage, vous profiterez de cette belle balade au milieu d'une forêt de pins. Enfin Richard et son épouse sont très disponibles et ont eu à cœur que nous passions un agréable séjour dans leur maison.

Schöne 2 Wochen in Lit-et-Mixe

Das Haus liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet am Rande des Ortskerns und 8km vom Strand entfernt den man mit Auto in 10 min oder mit dem Rad in 25min erreicht. Wir haben die untere Etage mit den 3 Schlafzimmern (jeweils Doppeklbetten) genutzt und alles tip top, inkl. der neuen Küche. Alles ausreichend vorhanden. Das Obergeschoss mit Bad und 2 weiteren Schlafzimmern haben wir nicht genutzt (alles etwas älter). Pool groß und sauber, 6 Liegen inkl. Handtüchern vorhanden, Gasgrill, 3 Fahrräder, Tischtennisplatte und Außensitzplätze auf großem Grundstück unter Bäumen im Schatten. Sehr netter Vermieter der uns mit 2 Flaschen Wein und Bier und Wasser begrüßt hat. Alles sehr unkompliziert. Vielen Dank für alles an Richard.

Belle maison au calme

De vraies vacances au calme dans cette belle maison lumineuse où rien ne manque et où chacun a suffisamment d espace .Une très belle piscine ensoleillée du matin au soir avec transats de qualité,un grand espace extérieur.Les chambres indépendantes de l étage sont parfaites pour les ados ou jeunes adultes. Enfin,un propriétaire disponible ,arrangeant soucieux du bien-être de ses locataires ,chaleureux et un petit cadeau de bienvenu font que l on a envie de revenir Merci

Super séjour

Malgré un temps mitigé nous avons passé un très beau séjour au calme dans cette maison très spacieuse avec tout le confort nécessaire. Extérieur très bien aménagé avec la piscine, un grand jardin verdoyant et un coin repas avec BBQ et plancha. Très gentil accueil de Richard, le propriétaire.

Quiet and comfortable

A large house in a quiet residential area of Lit-et-Mixe, 10 minutes by car to the beaches. The swimming pool provides welcome refreshment in the hot season and was well kept. Shops are an easy walk of 20 minutes away. Ample facilities for BBQing, table tennis, large garden and cycling. The hosts were super friendly and welcoming and communication was prompt and easy. To be warmly recommended.

Une maison très agréable pour un séjour en famille et/ou avec des amis

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cette grande maison, calme et bien équipée. Les espaces intérieurs et extérieurs et les équipements permettent à chacun de passer de très bons moments dans le jardin ou au bord de la piscine et de se retrouver tous ensembles dans la cuisine d'été pour la préparation d'un repas partagé. Un bel endroit, qui invite aux vacances !

belle maison landaise proche de l'océan

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour (15jours) dans cette maison bien entretenue. Pour nous le point positif a été de pouvoir cuisiner et manger dehors sous un abri très fonctionnel:BBQ+plancha+frigo!!! Un espace bien ombragé nous a permis de passer de très bons moments de détente (parties de coinche acharnées...)et le coin piscine a été fort apprécié par tous. Propriétaire très conciliant et très accueillant(cadeau de bienvenue fort apprécié). Nous recommandons tout à fait cette location.

Que du bonheur

Notre deuxième séjour dans cette maison landaise et toujours le même plaisir . Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires ... la fatigue du voyage disparaît dès le passage du portail. La maison est propre et fonctionnelle. Le calme, la piscine, la proximité du village et de la plage, la gastronomie locale .... que du bonheur !! Nous recommandons très vivement et sans réserve cette adresse .

Très agréable séjour

Après avoir séjourné dans cette très confortable maison, l'année dernière, nous avons souhaité revivre ces précieux moments cette année. Et nous sommes toujours aussi ravis! La maison toujours aussi agréable, le village toujours aussi authentique, les Landes toujours aussi belles, et les plages ....superbes, même quand le soleil n'est pas au rendez-vous! A refaire donc, sans hésiter!

Super vacances

La maison et ses alentours paraissaient déjà très bien sur le site. La réalité a dépassé ce que nous imaginions. Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans une maison spacieuse très bien équipée, entourée de calme et de verdure. Une semaine de temps très chaud pendant laquelle nous avons passé du temps sous les arbres et dans la superbe piscine. Quelques jours de pluie et vent pendant lesquels nous avons profité de la maison, des excellentes et nombreuses spécialités culinaires de la région et de la plage (eh oui, c'est beau même quand il ne fait pas beau !!). Nous n'oublions pas bien sûr l'accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires. Vraiment une très bonne adresse que nous recommandons chaleureusement.

Très satisfaits

Séjour particulièrement agréable dans cette demeure extrêmement confortable et spacieuse, très propre et très fonctionnelle, très bien située à proximité du village. Un vrai plaisir. L'extérieur est superbe, bien entretenu, très au calme. Rien à ajouter sauf que c'était parfait ! Sans oublier les délicates attentions de la part des propriétaires. A refaire et à recommander sans hésiter.

schönes Haus mit großem Grundstück und Pool

Wir waren für zwei Wochen vom 19.07.-02.08.2014 hier. Wir waren insgesamt 8-10 Leute und hatten genügend Platz für alle. Toll ist das große Grundstück, vorallem die Wiese, wo man sich auch bei Hitze schon zurückziehen kann. Pool ist vorhanden, Grill ist vorhanden und eine schöne große Küche. Da es ein altes Haus ist, ist es ein bisschen hellhötig, aber es hat trotzdem seinen Charme. Innenaustattung ist modern und gemütlich und die Bäder wurden neu gemacht. Die Zimmer sind auch schön ! Zum Ort sind es 15 min zu Fuß und an den Strand 15-20 min mit dem Auto. Wir haben uns aufjedenfall sehr wohl dort gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder dort hin gehen :).

Wie zu Hause, nur schöner

Wir haben nach 2012 das zweite Mal unseren Urlaub in Lit-et-Mixe verbracht. Lage und Ausstattung wie im Internet beschrieben. Die Vermieter sind sehr angenehme und äußerst nette Menschen. Wir ( 9 Erwachsene ) haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders erwähnenswert ist der Pool mit Nachtbeleutung und natürlich der wunderbare Aussenbereich mit Bäumen und Bachlauf. Zwei Strände sind mit geringem Zeitaufwand ( 10 min ) mühelos zu erreichen ( geht auch mit kostenlosem Bus vom Ort aus ). Lit-et-Mixe Zentrum ist zu Fuß in 20 min erreichbar. Zum Essen sehr empfehlenswert: Le Cottage in Uza ( ca. 8 km von Lit-et-Mixe). Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht ist hier bestens beraten, die 1200 km Entfernung nimmt man gerne in Kauf. Wir kommen gerne auch ein weiteres Mal. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Conforme à l'annonce

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette maison spacieuse, confortable, très bien équipée et très agréable à vivre. Grand extérieur ombragé, calme et très joli, grande piscine pour petits et grands si l'on est pas à la plage. 10mn en voiture et la plage est là sans ralentissement aucun et parking dans la forêt sans difficulté. Seule chose à noter, l'accès aux chambres de l'étage se fait par escalier extérieur mais en été cela ne pose aucun problème. Je peux recommander cette location sans aucune hésitation.
