About this property

Charming town center house, totally renovated, near beaches LIT and CONTIS

Completely renovated house, ideally located in the center of the charming village of LIT ET MIXE in the LANDES, 7 km from the Atlantic Ocean (Cap de l'Homy beach).
You will have the chance not to use the car during your whole vacation. Indeed, the proximity of shops, the bike path and the beaches is an essential asset to fully enjoy your stay. In season, if you do not want to pedal or take your vehicle, you can benefit from the free shuttle to the beach, every 20 minutes.

A deposit of € 800 will be requested upon arrival.

Pretty terraced house of 90 mÂČ, on 2 levels, completely renovated in 2014. Air-conditioned, bright house, flooded with sun at any time of the day.
We have taken care to furnish this house with contemporary furniture, which we have married to restored antique furniture, which gives it a crazy charm!
The house is equipped with high speed WIFI internet and reversible air conditioning on the ground floor and upstairs.
Beds are made upon arrival and tea towels, hand towels and beach towels are also provided.
On the ground floor, you will enjoy a large living room of around 50 m2 comprising: an open kitchen with a central island, a living room and a lounge.
The fitted and equipped kitchen offers you plenty of storage space as well as: oven, dishwasher, extractor hood, 1 4-burner induction hob, toaster, electric kettle, 1 electric coffee maker, 1 Nespresso coffee maker, robot, electric knife, electric chopper , steam cooker ..... In this same room, a large closet houses the washing machine and the microwave.
In the living room you will find a large table, 8 chairs, as well as a buffet and a jam maker and many frames and mirrors
The living room is equipped with a large 3/4 seater sofa, flat screen TV on rolling TV unit, shelves.
A 12mÂČ bedroom with a 140x190cm bed and fitted wardrobes, 1 window
Shower room: walk-in shower, basin and wc, heated towel rail

Sehr hell, liebevoll und modern eingerichtetes Haus. Alles ist sehr schön und gemĂŒtlich. Obwohl das Haus nah an der Durchgangsstraße liegt, ist es nicht zu laut. Es gibt direkt vor der TĂŒr, Eisdiele und Crepes, eine Boulangerie und das kleine Centrum mit Wochenmarkt und Restaurants ist 300 Meter entfernt.Martine war sehr nett und hilfsbereit, wir kommen gerne wieder.

La Cabane de Lit et Mixe

Ma famille a passĂ© un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour Ă  Lit-et-Mixe chez Martine qui nous a trĂšs bien accueillis. La location correspond parfaitement au descriptif du site : propretĂ© au rendez-vous, Ă©quipement cuisine au top, espace extĂ©rieur trĂšs agrĂ©able, avec une douche extĂ©rieure trĂšs pratique au retour de la plage. L’étage de la maison s’est avĂ©rĂ© trĂšs mansardĂ© pour mes enfants trĂšs grands mais ils s’y sont habituĂ©s ! Une place pour se garer derriĂšre la maison est proposĂ©e (ce qui Ă©tait apprĂ©ciĂ©) ainsi que le prĂȘt de 2 vĂ©los pour aller Ă  la plage du Cap de l’Homy. Encore Merci Ă  Martine et Gerard pour nos agrĂ©ables vacances dans les Landes !

Formidable sejour a Lit-Et-Mixe !

Maison suréquipée, encore mieux que sur les photos, hote tres sympa et toujours dispo, tous commerces a proximite dont le plus loin a 5 mn a pied. Vous avez oublie le cafe ou des herbes pour cuisiner, pas de probleme la maison en contient. Charmante maison tout confort

Nous avons passĂ© d'excellentes vacances dans votre maison. Elle est trĂšs trĂšs propre, la literie est d'excellente qualitĂ©, la cuisine est extrĂȘmement bien Ă©quipĂ©e avec tous les ustensiles nĂ©cessaires et beaucoup de vaisselle. C'est Ă©galement trĂšs agrĂ©able d'avoir l'espace Ă  l'extĂ©rieur pour manger. A 2 pas des commerces et restaurants de Lit et Mixe et des navettes pour la plage pour nos ados. Nous Ă©tions tĂ©lĂ©travail la 1Ăšre semaine et le wifi est excellent. TrĂšs bon accueil des propriĂ©taires Ă©galement. En rĂ©sumĂ© nous sommes ravis de cette location !

Tolle Unterkunft mit Teenagern

Das Haus war fĂŒr unsere 4-köpfige Familie perfekt. Die Kinder Junge 13 + Tochter 17 hatten eigene Zimmer mit Klimaanlage. Zum Strand braucht man 8 min mit dem Auto und dort gibt es eine tolle Surfschule (CapSurf von Julien). Das Haus liegt ruhig und zentral. 10 m zum BĂ€cker, Eisdiele nebenan und mehrere Restaurants im Umkreis von 250 m. Die KĂŒche ist allerdings so gut ausgestattet, dass das Kochen wirklich Spass macht. Es gibt alle denkbaren GerĂ€te und jede Menge Geschirr. Zum Supermarkt sind es auch nur 500 m. FĂŒr Fahrradfahrer gibt es im Schuppen auch zwei gute FahrrĂ€der und Fahrradwege durch die WĂ€lder und zum Strand. Die Vermieter nutzen das Haus auch selbst und haben es wirklich liebevoll eingerichtet. Sie waren auch sehr nett und haben uns mit Wein und Kuchen enpfangen. Mit der Kaution gab es keine Probleme. Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft unbedingt empfehlenswert.

Séjour août 2020: pas de regret !

Nous étions une famille de 5, habitués de Lit. La maison ne nous a pas déçue : aménagée avec goût, et super équipée (dont une super plancha de compet'), coquette, climatisée (peu utilisé malgré une période canicule). Le marché et les commerces accessibles à pieds, et malgré la proximité du bourg, Franchement, cela restait calme. Et puis l'accueil de mme Double à été impeccable. Pleins de souvenirs en poche maintenant... et des soirées sur la terrasse entre amis qui restent gravés dans nos mémoires. Patrick

Des vacances formidable dans un cadre idéal !

Tout chez Martine Ă  Ă©tĂ© pensĂ© dans les moindres dĂ©tails pour que les vacances se passent le plus agrĂ©ablement du monde. Une terrasse agrĂ©able oĂč prendre ses repas bien Ă©quipĂ©e d’une grande plancha, une cuisine design avec toutes les machines et accessoires imaginables, un frigidaire agrĂ©ablement dotĂ© des notes de bienvenue de Martine, la clim quand il fait trop chaud, des lits douillets, tout y est mĂȘme des vĂ©los pour parcourir les kms de pistes cyclables ....nous recommandons vivement ce gĂźte tres bien situĂ© en plein cƓur du village. Sehr komfortables Haus

Wir haben ein sehr schönes, sauberes und ĂŒppig ausgestattetes Haus vorgefunden. Die Einrichtung ist neu, modern und gut durchdacht. Die Ausstattung der KĂŒche lĂ€sst keine WĂŒnsche offen. Durch die zentrale Lage des Hauses sind Restaurants und GeschĂ€fte fußlĂ€ufig erreichbar. Ein gut sortierter großer Supermarkt ist nur zwei Fahrminuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Zum sehr schönen Strand haben wir mit dem Auto nur acht Minuten gebraucht. Die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich und haben uns mit gekĂŒhlten GetrĂ€nken und einem leckeren Kuchen begrĂŒĂŸt. Wir können dieses schöne Haus uneingeschrĂ€nkt weiterempfehlen!

Nous avons Ă©tĂ© ravis de revenir cette annĂ©e dans cette maison ou il ne manque rien, Ă  proximitĂ© de tous commerces et des plages. The house is immaculate. All very stylish and clean The kitchen has all the equipment, working! very new and loads of silverware and cutlery. Very convenient for a family. The airco and the screens kept the house cool despite the weather. We loved the neighbours, very delicious icecreans! walking to the locak market and the shops wuthin 100 meters. Easy parking across the road. Beautiful not so crowded Hormy beach. Or if you want more activity go to the other beach,just as easy to reach. The owner was very forthcoming and we got a hearthly welcome. All is there dishwashing tabkets,, beachtowels etc etc. The room with the two singke beds uostairs has a low ceiling, watch your head! We definately would go back.

Sehr schöne Wohnung im Zentrum von Lit-et-Mixe

Wir waren Ende August 2018 fĂŒr 2 Wochen da. Die Vermieterin ist sehr herzlich und und hat uns einen sehr schönen Empfang bereitet. Sie hat sich viel Zeit genommen und uns die gesamte Wohnung gezeigt und erklĂ€rt. Wir waren mit 5 Personen (alles Erwachsene) da und hatten viel Platz. Man sollte daran denken, dass bei WohnungsĂŒbergabe 800 Euro Kaution ĂŒbergeben werden. Die Endreinigung kann man sich fĂŒr 130 Euro abnehmen lassen, wir haben selber geputzt. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. In der KĂŒche gibt es einen Herd mit Backofen, SpĂŒlmaschine (mit KlarspĂŒler und Salz), Waschmaschine und Trockner, KĂŒhlschrank und Einsschrank. Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett (140 x 200, was ausreichend war) und oben noch zwei Schlafzimmer fĂŒr jeweils 2 Personen). Bei Bedarf ist unten noch eine Schlafcouch. Gegessen haben wir meist draußen auf der Holzterasse unter dem großen Ampelschirm. Alles war sehr sauber und mit Herz eingerichtet. Sogar Sonnenschirme und HandtĂŒcher fĂŒr den Strand und FahrrĂ€der durften wir mit benutzen. Der BĂ€cker ist nur 1 Minute entfernt, Obst und GemĂŒse haben wir am Markt in der Stadtmitte (auch nur 200m entfernt) gekauft. Die Wohnung liegt also sehr zentral, Parkplatz ist auch vorhanden. Wir waren das erste mal am Atlantik und waren begeistert. Die Vermieterin gibt auch wĂ€hrend des Urlaubs bei Bedarf gerne Tipps, z.B. fĂŒr den Ausflug nach Bordeaux. Sie ist wirklich sehr hilfsbereit und fĂŒrsorglich, und das kommt von Herzen. Ich kann die Wohnung mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Tolles Haus - toller Ort

Wir waren 3 Wochen in Lit und es hat uns alles sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus, die Ausstattung - alles prima. Lediglich die Lage an der Hauptstraße hat uns stellenweise gestört. Und schade, dass der Rasen im kleinen Garten nur Kunstrasen ist. Aber alles in allem absolut empfehlenswert!!!!!

Un sĂ©jour trĂšs agrĂ©able dans une maison qui combine de nombreux avantages: dĂ©corĂ©e avec goĂ»t, trĂšs fonctionnelle, trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e, trĂšs propre, esprit "cabane" qui plait aux enfants. On s'y sent trĂšs bien! La situation en plein coeur de village est parfaite: on peut faire toutes les courses Ă  pied, tous les commerces sont disponibles sur place et le village est vivant. Madame Double nous a trĂšs bien accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse et d'attention. Le jardinet clĂŽturĂ© est agrĂ©able pour manger dehors ou laisser jouer de petits enfants. Certainement un peu petit pour des enfants plus grands mais la plage n'est pas loin ! MalgrĂ© la proximitĂ© de la route la maison est bien isolĂ©e et trĂšs calme Un hĂ©bergement Ă  recommander ! Super Erfahrung mit dieser Unterkunft ! Das Haus ist sehr schön und sehr angenehm, sehr sauber und wirklich gut ausgerĂŒstet. Man fĂŒhlt sich dort sehr wohl - besonders mit Kinder. Die Lage mitten im Dorf ist sehr praktisch. Das Haus ist gut isoliert und daher gibt es kein LĂ€rm von der Strasse. Alle Laden und der Markt sind in unmittelbarer NĂ€he. Der Garten ist zwar klein aber angenehm. Perfekt zum draussen essen oder zum Spielen fĂŒr kleine Kinder. Wir wĂŒrden diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen !

Stylish, cosy and we felt home after a second.

We had a perfect 10 days holiday and felt like being home. Very cozy and furnished with a great sense of taste. The owner is very responsive and a very kind person who made everything for us to have a great time. All shops for daily stuff are close by. Very handy, the bakery is only 23 meters away. As common for France the quality of the food even in the local supermarket (1km away) is great. The house seems to be extremely well insulated and even after a full sunshine day with 36 degree Celsius the temperature inside was the same as in the morning when we left. Inside and outside you find these nice little details that make you feel happy and make this so enjoyable. Ideal also for surfers as there is a solid garden house where you can store stuff that you do not need on one day or that you cleaned after use with fresh water. A gas grill and the fully equipped kitchen enabled us to enjoy a lot of home cooked food. Even an A/C is available for downstairs and the upper floor which we did not have to use due to the good insulation. I would fully recommend this house to all people who like a good style and a good quality, cozy home. We will return next year. But dear readers please do not book for the time when we want to return. ;-)

Excellent séjour

Maison trĂšs accueillante avec tout le confort. On s'y sent comme chez soi. SituĂ© au coeur du village, elle permet de bĂ©nĂ©ficier de tous les commerces et activitĂ©s, la boulangerie Ă  25 mĂštres en est un parfait exemple. TrĂšs bien reçu, les propriĂ©taires ont su ĂȘtre Ă  l'Ă©coute de nos besoins. Nous y avons passĂ© de trĂšs agrĂ©ables vacances.
