The apartment is very comfortable and with a careful decoration, a garden with good solar exposure, privacy and quiet. Very well situated in front of the fantastic beach of Carcavelos, one of the best beaches in the area of Lisbon and Cascais, great for walking, swimming, practice Surf, Body board, Windsurf and Sail. Near the Marina and Ocean Pool of Oeiras. It has excellent accesses, 10 km from Cascais, 19 Km from Lisbon and 24 km Sintra (patrimony of humanity).

Really nice place

This place are so amazing. Teresa gave us a magisterial welcome. The apt was very clean and so well equiped like a real house. The little garden is so sympatic to take lunch and relax after long walking day. We had quick answer from property manager. All good two thumbs up 👍🏻👍🏻

Das Appartement war in sehr gutem Zustand und die Ausstattung entsprach der Beschreibung. Gonzalo, der Vermieter, war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Strand war wirklich nur 2 min fußläufig entfernt super schön. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

Location très bien située à 5 minutes à pied de la plus grande plage de la cote de Lisbonne. L'appartement est conforme à l'annonce pas de surprise à l'arrivée! Les propriétaires sont des gens très sympathiques et disponibles, un portable est mis à disposition afin de pouvoir les joindre (petite attention!) Nous avons loué du 5 au 12 septembre. l'appartement était propre calme et conforme à la description de l'annonce il est très fonctionnel et le propriétaire très attentionné et très accueillant ( petit bémol il manque les chaînes câblées, se nest qu'un détail mais cela pourrais servir pendant les jours de pluie) si il y en n'a car nous avons eu le beau temps et la chaleur durant toute notre semaine ) il y a un centre commercial pingo doice à 20 minutes à pied très pratique . Les bus trains et taxi ne sont pas cher du tout et bien pratique pour visiter lisbonne cascais et ses environs. Nous avons pris le taxi pour nous rendre de l'aéroport de lisbonne à la location ..de plus il y a la superbe plage de surf de carcavelos à 200 mètres et pleins d'autres choses à découvrir..un grand merci à Thérèsa pour nous avoir réservé notre taxi pour notre départ. Nous conseillons vivement cette location.

Séjour à Carcavelos

Nous avons séjourné du 22 avril au 8 mai, malgré le manque de beau temps, pendant notre séjour, nous avons passé un agréable moment, l’appartement de Gonçalo est très fonctionnel et très bien situé à 200 m d’une très belle plage, idéalement faite pour la pratique du surf, d’ailleurs les surfeurs sont nombreux. De très belles promenades, le long de la mer, une route piétonne qui invite à faire du vélo, du jogging, de la marche. Les pasteis de nata de Belem sont réputés, mais les pastéis de nata à Cascais chez Bijou sont vraiment très bons. Pour visiter, le train à Carcavelos, vous emmène soit à Lisbonne en 27 mns ou à Cascais, Estoril en 15mns. Gonçalo est très serviable et prend soin de ses locataires, pendant notre séjour, il y avait la grève des pilotes de la TAP et c’est lui qui s’est occupé de la confirmation de nos billets.

Vacances a Carcavelos

Nous avons passé ma famille et moi un excellent séjour dans cette maison magnifiquement située et trés bien entretenue. Nous avons été reçus par le propriétaire Goncalo qui est tout simplement formidable et d'une simplicité remarquable.La maison est trés bien située et nous avions tout ce qu'il fallait à portée de main. Je reviendrais passer des vacances dans cette belle région et je garde contact avec Goncalo. Merci encore un fois pour sa gentillesse.

De unos de MAdrid que lo pasaron bien

Estuvimos una semana y muy bien, la ubicación del apartamento es muy buena, muy bien comunicado y muy cerca de una playa estupenda y del pueblo de Carcavelos. En cuanto al apartamento es cómodo y acogedor y el patio es de verdad estupendo para la noche pues le da el sol pocas horas al día. Está bien equipado y la habitación grande es cómoda y confortable. El sofá-cama bien también. Algo negativo? Cuidado con los mosquitos! Por lo demás muy recomendable para turismo familiar. Ah y no os perdáis los helados de Santini (en el pueblo)

La casa tiene una ubicación extraordinaria, tanto para ir a la playa como para realizar excursiones a otras localidades. El propietario, Gonçalo, es muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. la casa es cómoda y bien equipada. Muy recomendable.

Estancia en Carcavelos

La descripción que ofrece el apartamento se ajusta a la realidad, esta situado a 200 metros de la playa de Carcavelos, la limpieza esta muy bien, y las facilidades, como utensilios para cocinar, microhondas, vajilla, horno, tostador de pan, ordenador de mesa, internet, wifi, equipo de altavoces para conectar al ordenador portatil, son muchas. Con respecto al servicio que prestó Gonçalo, no hemos recibido en ningun otro lugar tantas atenciones, muchas gracias. Es un apartamento que recomendaria sin ningun lugar a dudas, a mis amigos y familiares, sobre todo por lo bien que trata Gonçalo a sus clientes.

Nuestras mejores vacaciones

Nos ha encantado el apartamento, um local perfecto para pasar las vacaciones. Muy limpio y soleado, cama confortable con sabanas blancas. A nuestros perros le gustaran el jardín. Pasear por el barrio, caminar por una zona muy arborizada y llegar en 5 minutos a la playa. Todo de maravilla. Gonçalo y su familia son muy amables y muy atenciosos. Tuvimos un trato excelente, ellos se preocupaban por saber en todo momento que tal estabamos. El apartamento está muy bien localizado. Cruzando la calle está un restaurante un atendimento nota 10. Otros comercios muy cerquita. La gente muy simpatica y agradable. Nos gusto todo. Esperamos poder volver en otro momento.Recomendamos a los que tienen niños o perros que prueben el local os va gustar muchísimo . Agradecemos a Gonçalo, Marla y Vasquito por el cariño hacia nosotros. Wolf, Fox, Iñaki y yo les enviamos un beso enorme. Gracias por esta maravillosa estadía.

"I spent there 13 days. Everything was as expected and better. The owner did his best to make me and my family confortable, by providing us all the necessary items for the our two kids, from the kots to the tiny plates for their meals and the little basin for the bath. A perfect stay, lovely and peaceful, in a stunning place. I strongly recommend this place. Aldo"

"Absolutely nice, tidy and quiet apartment, probably best area in Carcavelos, very close to the beach, right by the Avenida Marginal, which takes you down to Lisbon in 20 minutes, also close enough to Estoril, Cascais, Sintra... Plenty of room, closets, a comfortable bed, bathroom with bathtub, a nice amazing terrace with a little garden for open air lunches and relax... And over it all, a top landlord, careful, nice and lovely person who helped us a lot, gave us loads of info about restaurants, places to visit and stuff... Very Nice. 5 out of 5 and 10 out of 10. Cheers Gonçalo and Marla, see you soon!!"
