Very quiet and pleasant residence with green spaces. An area of ​​games for children nearby.

Lovely seafront apartment

Just back from a relaxing 3 night stay here. The property itself was incredibly clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of room for a family of four with a lovely shaded balcony. There is a beautiful beach a few hundred metres away and a 15 minutes walk into Capbreton Centre Ville. Cycle hire and surf rental / lessons opposite. Would definitely come again. Thanks for a great stay Arantza!

Un appartement idĂ©alement situĂ© au calme et Ă  2 pas d’une plage magnifique. Nous y avons sĂ©journĂ© en famille, avec nos 2 jeunes enfants, et avons pu profiter de tous les avantages de cette belle rĂ©gion. Appartement propre et trĂšs pratique. Échanges faciles et trĂšs clairs avec Arantza. Je recommande les yeux fermĂ©s !

au calme et à 2 pas de l'océan, pour la 3ieme annee nous avons séjourné dans cet appartement la plage des oceanides est magnifique avec un club de surf topissime juste a cÎté le bar restaurant Soweto nous offre une restauration hyper sympa avec un point de vue magnifique pour les couchers de soleil tout est a proximité en velo un bonheur

2ieme année que nous relouons cet appartement, 2 mn à pieds de la plage des Oceanides avec un club de surf excellent et le bar restaurant Soweto à 10mn en vélo du centre de capbreton, 15mn de Hossgore bref on adore, et surtout situé dans une résidence trÚs calme, aucun bruit bref, on adore

Magnifique appartement

Appartement magnifique, d'une propreté rare, bien équipé. Idéalement placé à quelques pas de la plage. Un peu éloigné du centre mais idéal en vélo car pourvu de nombreuses pistes cyclables. Un hÎte disponible prévenant et bienveillant. Que du bonheur!! Je recommande mille fois!!!

Idéalement situé pour apprenti surfeurs ou confirmer location de surf sur la dune

Facilement accessible avec les directives des propriétaires, un parking privé un box pour les vélos et surf . Il est préférable d'avoir des vélos pour aller en centre ville. La meilleure connexion internet est Bouygues, free ne passe pas dans le bùtiment.
