Family house for rent during the summer holidays. 3 bedrooms, two with 140 cm bed and one with 160 cm bed and television. Folding convenience bed + BB bed on request and free of charge. In the room, sofa with good bedding 146/220. SDB with tub. Large kitchen open to the living room. Air conditioning in the room and the kitchen.
Fans in the bedrooms. Large terrace with 5-seater Jacuzzi with CD player, color lighting at night. Large screen TV in the room and 1 bedroom. Cable internet so good speed. WIFI connection. Fridge. Freezer. Electric pyrolysis oven. 4 burner gas hob. Microwave oven + grill. 9kg washing machine, 9kg dryer. Dishwasher. Vacuum. Ironing center. Coffee maker and dishes. Various robot kitchen utensils. Large gas barbecue on the terrace, garden table, trees and parasol for shade. Deckchairs + Hammocks. Large land (2200m²) in a quiet area. Large private parking. Gulf of Lava 11 or 16 km depending on route (beach) 6km entrance to Ajaccio and its beaches, Porticcio, Sagone. Supermarket 6km. Nearby Spar 1. 5 km, Bakery, Tobacco Press, pharmacy, doctor, dentist, vegetables and local fruits, pizzeria. Return to the house on Saturday at 4 p.m. Exit on Saturday at 10 a.m. The photos currently put are not representative being taken in spring and not summer. Automatic watering. Ideal for three couples or a large family. Deposit € 600 and deposit check € 1500 (not cashed) will be returned within the month as advised by Homelidays. Final cleaning 50 € on request or if the house is not made correct. Sheets, towels included in the rental.

Villa très plaisante et bien équipée, situation idéale arrière pays Ajaccio (plage lava et sagone, vallées gravone et prunelli, cargese , calanches Piana, capu muru : le tout entre 30min et une heure) Terasse super et Jacuzzi très apprecie

Séjour très agréable

Content de notre séjour , maison fidèle à la description, propriétaires très sympathiques. Une belle bibliothèque et de nombreux livres disponibles à la lecture. Je recommande cette location.

Bel écrin de verdure tout confort

Nous avons vraiment apprécié séjourné dans cette location Elle est très bien équipée, tout confort et spacieuse La terrasse est un havre de paix avec une vue superbe sur le mont Gozzi Nous nous sommes vraiment sentis très à l’aise La localisation est aussi idéale pour aller à Ajaccio et rayonner jusqu’à Piana Commerces à proximité même s’il faut prendre la voiture Grand merci à Catherine et Alain pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse

Excellente semaine en Corse

Maison très agréable par temps de forte chaleur et super équipée, jacuzzi très apprécié par toute la famille. Propriétaires très accueillants et quartier vraiment calme avec vue sur la montagne. Proche d'Ajaccio et des commerces, plusieurs très belles plages à 15-30 minutes en voiture, nous avons pu découvrir en une semaine plusieurs facettes de cette très belle région. Famille très sympathique, calmes et respectueux de la maison et de l'environnement. La maison était absolument impeccable, ils ont même arrosés les plantes qui étaient nombreuses...
