Located in a quiet residence on the 1st floor, close to all shops and restaurants.
No need to take your car to get around.
Including kitchen area, with new ceramic hob, new fridge, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, etc.
BZ bench seat.
LCD TV, wifi internet.
Bedroom with 140 bed and storage area.
The private terrace is located outside the apartment. It includes a garden furniture.
Parking space at the bottom of the residence and ski and bike room.
Shuttle bus to the Luzea thermal baths 150 m away, in front of the tourist office.

For reasons of hygiene and allergies, animals are no longer allowed.

Sheets rental 10 euros and towels 4 euros per person.

Petit appartement tres fonctionnel tres bien situé au coeur de l'aglomération de Luz St Sauveur. La chambre situé dans une pièce séparée du séjour et relativement spatieuse est tres appréciable. La fourniture du linge de toilette et des draps est tres commode.

Agréable séjour dans cet appartement qui répond aux standards. La vue est sympatique (parmi les trois photos de l'annonce, c'est celle avec la neige qui est la plus représentative de ce que l'on peut voir par la fenêtre). L'appartement est vraiment proche des commerces. Les trois étoiles de l'annonce sont sans doute là juste car il y un lave vaisselle et un lave linge sinon, ce serait surcoté. Procédure d'arrivée et de départ pratique avec boîte à clé (ce qui enlève la contrainte de l'horaire de RDV).

Adorable petit appartement , très bien situé en pleine ville sans trop de bruits . Bien équipé , confortable pour 2. Les commerçants sont à quelques dizaines de mètres . Il y a beaucoup de choses à voir et à faire dans la région . Un "paradis" pour des amateurs de randonnées comme nous . Appartement n°4 Résidence Bellevue

Appartement situé en plein centre ville. Bien isolé, il évite d'entendre le bruit de la route principale qui traverse la ville. Appartement agréable et très fonctionnel. L'internet est une plus value indéniable, notamment quant à consulter la météo du jour très changeante en montagne. Excellent accueil réservé par la Propriétaire à l'arrivée ainsi que excellent départ de l'appartement au retour.

L'appartement était très agréable, propre et calme. Tout est fournis on ne manque de rien. Nous sommes arrivés tard la nuit sans aucun problème, clefs à portée de main. Propriétaire très agréable et avenante. La résidence est très bien située dans la ville (boulangerie, super marché, tabac, bar, restaurants, produits régionaux à 2 min à pieds). Le prix est très abordable même pour 2 étudiants comme nous. Nous recommandons cette résidence pour tout le monde. Un grand merci pour ce séjour montagnard!

nous avons reservé l'appartement pour trois jours!! ce qui est rare chez les proprietaires (habituellement 1 semaine minimum) donc 1ere impression et acceuil parfait! a l'arrivee un charmant appartement, propre,calme, tres bien equipee! et aussi tres bien situé! un petit classeur avec plein de conseils sur les activités a faire dans la region! surtout n'hesitez pas tres bon rapport qualité prix!! merci
