PRICE INCLUDES: All charges (electricity, heating, water, gas), internet connection, final cleaning, detergents for washing machine and dishwasher. Private parking.

This typical stone-built hayloft is located inside the property of Villa Migliorini, an historical Villa of the XIV century. The hayloft has been completely renovated and furnished of all conforts, including a gazebo with barbecue for your dinner in the open air.

On the ground floor you can find a dining room with a comfortable sofa bed (for 2 people), a fully equipped kitchen (included dishwasher, oven and an espresso machine for a perfect italian coffee) and the bathroom with shower. Going up the stairs you can reach a large mezzanine where a double bed is placed.

Outside your accomodation, you can go for a walk in the gardens of the Villa, appreciating the view on the tuscan hills from a balcony hidden by the bay trees or taking a moment for meditation in our private Chapel.

Villa Migliorini is strategically located, only 9 km away from Florence and very well connected to the other beautiful cities of Tuscany. In less than an hour you can reach Siena, Pisa, Lucca, Arezzo, Vinci, San Gimignano and the Chianti countryside. Our accomodation is 1 km away from two railway stations (Signa and Lastra a Signa) that allow you to reach the center of Florence in ten minutes without worrying about parking.

We have stayed in several homes throughout Italy. This was by far our most comfortable stay. Pamela and Stefano are amazing hosts. They answer every question and are very knowledgeable about the area. Stefano even stopped by to check on us and told us about the area. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Unique property, outside of the busyness of Florence. I was glad to have a car to come to and from the property as it is a little out from any metro stations. Owners were attentive and helpful with any inquiries or concerns or local questions.

Nice place to stay out of the busy Florence area. Beautiful place, clean and fully equipped. Only complaint was that it has an unusually early checkout time of 10:00 and the cleaning person arrived a few minutes early and in our opinion was rude continually taping on her watch during the 10 additional minutes it took us to finish cleaning up and depart.

Solche Ferienwohnung hätte ich mir immer gewünscht: - komplett (!) ausgestattet (bis auf Mikrowelle) - sehr geräumig und geschmacksvoll eingerichtet - ruhig im eigenen Garten gelegen - sympathischer und hilfsbereiter Vermieter - noch gute Anbindung zu ÖVP (20 Minuten zu Fuß zu den beiden Bahnhoffen) Hinweis: Der Fernseher hat keinen Antennen- oder Kabelanschluss, lediglich Chromecast. Die meisten Streamiginhalte und Mediateken aus Deutschland haben Probleme mit Geoblocking. Am Besten nicht einschalten und den Urlaub genießen!

Best off the beaten path

This was the perfect place to stay while seeing the sights in Florence. The train station is an easy walk to get to (15 minutes roughly) and was exactly what we were looking for away from the hustle and bustle of the city center of Florence at night. It was easy to find and the welcome basket was such a sweet touch. If I find myself back in the Florence area again, I will be staying here.

Great location, comfortable and clean!

The hayloft was a great central point for touring the Tuscany region. My husband and I felt the hayloft was nicely furnished, very accommodating and extremely clean. The train station, grocery store and restaurants are nearby but not within walking distance. You really need a car when staying here, which also is needed to get to some of the smaller hill towns where there are no train stations or tour bus stops. It was very nice to have food items available to us, as the grocery store was not open when we arrived. Pamela was wonderful to work with throughout the whole process from initial inquiry to departure. She offered great suggestions on places to visit and nearby restaurants, and was always available to help. Thanks Pamela for helping make our vacation so enjoyable!!

Beautiful, felt truly Italian

The Hayloft was beautiful, spotless, lots of character whilst still comfortable, lovely bottle of wine and chocolate waiting for us plus lots of other bits! It was a little difficult to find but this made it all the more delightful when we did! The garden is so pretty! Stefano and Pamela have a property to be proud of!

The Hayloft

A wonderful stay; beautiful historic estate with acres of olive trees, yet in a village that is a suburb of Firenze. A private parking spot for you, easy access to buses, and a train station nearby. You can park at the station and take a train to Florence for 2 Euros. Stefano and Pamela are perfect hosts, have completely renovated the historic Hayloft, and it's so comfortable and welcoming. The Hayloft is spotless, comfortable bed, excellent tasteful decorating, also there is a washing machine, dishwasher and gas stove. Perfect! They speak perfect English and are glad to give you assistance in your traveling plans for Tuscany. They greeted us after we had travelled 20 hours; there was coffee, bread, milk--all you needed for breakfast when you are too weary to go out to find a cafe or groceries. We just can't say enough about how welcoming Pamela and Stefano are - and what a great job they have done in making the Hayloft - Villa Migliorini a perfect destination. We recommend that you stay at least a week and make it the base from which you tour Tuscany; Siena, Lucca, Volterra are all close by car or train! In our opinion, it would be very challenging to find a better value for a relaxing introduction to Tuscany!!

UN SOGNO AD OCCHI APERTI!!

Se siete in cerca di tranquillità e di un posto da favola, che dire, questo è sicuramente l'annuncio che fa per Voi!! Soggiorno consigliato vivamente a tutti!! In particolar modo a coppie di ragazzi giovani o anche piccole famiglie. Ho trascorso una settimana con il mio ragazzo, dal 26 dicembre 2014 al 1 gennaio2015. Il tempo non era dei migliori, ma devo dire che è stata davvero una favola!! La descrizione sul sito rispecchia ASSOLUTAMENTE tutto ciò che abbiamo trovato al nostro arrivo. Il fienile è pulitissimo, in ordine e si presenta davvero come una casa da sogno.. Senza contare che è dotato di tutti i comfort possibili e immaginabili, addirittura fornito di spezie e detergenti per le pulizie quotidiane. In particolar modo quello che ha fatto la differenza è stata la accoglienza dei proprietari, Pamela e Stefano, dolcissimi e molto alla mano, pronti a risolvere qualsiasi problema. La posizione del fienile è molto comoda e tranquilla, e in poco tempo abbiamo potuto visitare senza problemi le città principali, quali Firenze, Pisa, Lucca, San Gimignano e Volterra. Anche il centro storico di Lastra a Signa è molto carino, assolutamente da visitare. Insomma, CI TORNEREMO SICURAMENTE! (Sperando di non ammalarci anche questa volta!) :D

Casa perfetta, accoglienza anche, Stefano e Pamela sono stati gentili e disponibili. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è molto buono così come la posizione della casa che pur essendo situata in una zona tranquilla è molto vicina a stazione, supermercati, ristoranti/pizzerie. La casa è dotata di tutto ciò che serve e la cucina è molto ben attrezzata, non manca nulla. Stefano e Pamela ci hanno fatto trovare tutto ciò che serve per la colazione di almeno due giorni.E' sicuramente l'ideale per visitare Firenze e dintorni.

Ein sehr schönes kleines Haus,super ausgestattet,sogar mit Zutaten für das erste Frühstück, auf der netten Terrasse.Die Lage ist ruhig, zur Bahn nach Florenz ist es nicht weit,auch alle anderen Toskanischen Ziele sind von hier aus gut zu erreichen . Abends kann man dann schön vor dem Haus sitzen und in aller Ruhe den Wein genießen.Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.*****

Une grange idéale

Un séjour très agréable dans une région qui l'est tout autant. La grange est très bien équipée, il ne manque rien. L'accueil est chaleureux et les conseils sur les visites ou la vie quotidienne en Toscane sont judicieux. On a envie de revenir.

Les photographies et la d...

Les photographies et la description de ce petit joyau sont très fidèle à l'annonce. Le fait d'être à proximité de Florence fut fabuleux, il y a le train de banlieue tout près. L'emplacement de ce petit havre de paix est à quelques minutes des grands axes routiers où il est si facile de se rendre aux endroits les plus beaux de la Toscane. Que dire des proprios sur place, ils sont charmants et très dévoués, ils veulent autant notre confort que notre bien être. En plus leurs conseils sont géniaux. Mon épouse et moi avons passé deux semaines beaucoup trop courte et mémorable à tout les niveaux. Merci Pamela et Stefano.
