Abbiamo soggiornato in tre, duw adulti e una bambina. Appartamento molto accogliente, pulito e con tutto il necessario per il nostro soggiorno. Zona molto tranquilla, in condominio signorile. Impagabile il terrazzo grande, munito di tende da sole, dove spesso c'è una splendida arietta. Posto auto coperto che consente di avere l'auto sempre all'ombra, riparata e di non avere problemi con la ricerca del parcheggio una volta di ritorno da spesa o spiagge, che, da quel che ho potuto vedere, è un plus notevole perchè c'erano auto ovunque! Alloggio comodo alla spiaggia del lido di Alghero, alla fermata del bus, intorno negozi di alimentari, farmacia, bar e ristoranti. Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo e ci ha fatto sentire davvero a casa. Super consigliato!

Appartamento pulito ed arredato con cura come da foto. Posizione ottima sia per il centro di Alghero che per raggiungere le spiagge più importanti. Il proprietario si è dimostrato molto disponibile e gentile, dandoci anche degli ottimi consigli per il nostro soggiorno. Consigliatissimo!!

Bel appartement et bon emplacement

Bel accueil de Luigi qui même si on ne parlait pas italien est arrivé à tout nous expliquer. Equipement de la cuisine gentiment hétéroclite mais pas du tout important quand on est en vacances à 2. Beau balcon, climatisation appréciable et parking privé très pratique. Seul petit couac (Abritel ?), l'annonce disait Draps et serviettes fournis ce qui n'était pas le cas. Nous avons été obligés d'aller en acheter. Nous recommandons chaleureusement cette location

Abbiamo affittato l’appartamento X 2 settimane, è stato veramente un bel soggiorno. Ci siamo trovati molto bene sia con i gentili proprietari che nell’appartamento, completo di tutto. Aria condizionata, terrazzo grande, lavatrice , tutto perfetto.

Bello ma sfortunato

L'appartamento è spazioso e carino. Tuttavia, il prezzo che abbiamo pagato comprendeva anche l'aria condizionata. L'appartamento è dotato di 2 climatizzatori che però non funzionavano. Il proprietario ha fatto intervenire i tecnici che hanno detto di dover procedere alla sostituzione, ma questa sarebbe potuta avvenire solamente la settimana successiva alla nostra partenza. Nonostante aver manifestato al proprietario il disagio di non poter dormire perchè i 35 gradi esterni non lo permettevano, non si è minimamente disturbato per rimborsarci anche una quota simbolica. Abbiamo pagato qualcosa che non abbiamo potuto sfruttare.

La signora Ferrari omette di dire che i climatizzatori al loro ingresso nell'appartamento erano perfettamente funzionanti, e che il guasto si è verificato durante la loro permanenza..

L aria condizionata non va

Abitazione molto carina ed in ottima posizione. A 15 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia di maria pia ,una delle piu belle di alghero ma l esperienza con il proprietario è stata pessima. Siamo atterrati da bergamo alle 14 30 e arrivati all appartamento il proprietario ci avvisa che l aria condizionata non va! Faccio presente che mi poteva anche avvisare prima dato che a dettq sua si era rotta 3 giorni prima. Poi ritratta e dice che si è rotta solo il.giorno prima Insomma sembrava proprio ci stesse prendendo in giro e che l aria era da un bel po che non andava. Ma la.cosa piu brutta è stato sentirsi come noi colpevoli perché o accettvamo di stare li cosi o potevamo anche andarecene da un altra parte!e dove avremmo trovato posto il 26 luglio all ultimo??? Insomma siamo rimasti perché semza alternativa ma esperienza pessima

Belle découverte d'Alghéro

Nous avons passé un bon séjour à Alghero. L'appartement est conforme à l'annonce. Il est idéalement situé très proche de la grande plage et à proximité du centre ville historique. On accède très facilement à toutes les autres magnifiques plages . Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Luigi.

Très bon séjour à Alghéro

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine dans l'appartement de Luigi. L'appartement correspond à la description de l'annonce, il est très confortable, très propre et bien équipé. A proximité de la plage et du centre d'Alghéro, il permet de découvrir le Nord Ouest de la Sardaigne. Luigi et sa femme nous ont réservé un très bon accueil !

Insieme a mia moglie abbiamo festeggiato ad Alghero cittadina bellissima per il porto, le stradine, le vecchie mure, i negozi e sopratutto il mare e le bellissime spiagge. La ciliegina è stato l'appartamento del disponibile e cordialissimo sig. Luigi che risulta come da descrizione, pulito e comodo per una bella vacanza (noi abbiamo fatto 2 settimane). Sicuramente torneremo, grazie Luigi Claudio Bevini

Très bel appartement dans une magnifique ville.

Appartement dans résidence neuve, très propre. A 5 minutes à pied de la plage citadine. Le centre ville d'Alghero est facilement accessible en vélo (piste cyclable très agréable en bord de mer qui va jusqu'à la très belle plage Maria Pia). Propriétaire très disponible et sympathique. Balcon agréable et bien orienté pour ne pas trop souffrir de la chaleur en été. La ville d'Alghero est très animée l'été, mais la résidence est au calme.

Vacanza ad Alghero

Appartamento di nuova costruzione a pochi passi dal mare, perfetto per tutte le persone,il lido dalla parte della casa con i suoi stabilimenti è fantastico, il centro storico a due passi da casa, una bella passeggiata. Proprietario cortese e gentile. Consiglio vivamente una vacanza ad Alghero è sopratutto in questo appartamento.

In palazzina di recente costruzione, appartamento grazioso ben arredato, dotato di tutti i confort, a soli 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia di sabbia (lido san giovanni). Proprietari molto gentili e disponibili, massima serietà.

Well located and equipped...

Well located and equipped appartement for two person (except the little TV which does'nt work), everything is near and easy : 2 minutes by foot from the Lido (city beach), the city market (for fresh and local delicious foods) and all shopping points. The old Alghero city is about 5 minutes by car. I rent this appartement for one week with my mother in August and we had a very good time. Only one remark : the laundry could be included in the price of the appartement and not paid as an extra (35€ !!).
