Relax nel verde

bellissima casa luminosa ai margini del bosco, fantastica vista sulle colline e il mare. Proprietari simpatici, gentili e non invadenti. Cucina ottimamente equipaggiata.

Sehr entspannt, Italien pur, sehr nette Gastgeber

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 1 Kind 6 Jahre) haben unseren Urlaub bei Denise und Marco sehr genossen. Fern ab vom Touristenrummel und doch so nah um täglich ans Meer zu fahren, liegt das Domizil auf einem Berg mit traumhaften Ausblick zum Meer. Ein echtes Highlight ist der große Pool im Garten, der täglich gereinigt und sorgfältig gewartet wird. Umgeben von Walnuss und Olivenbäumen kann man wunderbar relaxen. Die Straße zu dieser Idylle ist nicht asphaltiert, ein Auto mit mehr Bodenfreiheit ist empfehlenswert. In Monterubbiano, 5min mit dem Auto, gibt es Bäcker, Post und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Auch ein gutes Restaurant, das Coccaro ist zu empfehlen, u.a. sehr leckere Pizzen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit, leider konnten wir zu wenig Italienisch, hätten uns sehr gerne auch auf Italienisch unterhalten. So war "nur" Englisch möglich. Wir wollen auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und bis dahin ein bißchen Italienisch lernen. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen und wünschen Denise und Marco alles Gute! 🇮🇹👍🙋

tranquillità e natura

Abbiamo trascorso 10 bellissimi giorni a Monterubbiano, presso la casa di Marco e Denise. Il posto è delizioso, immerso nella natura, silenzioso e con una magnifica vista sulle colline marchigiane. L'appartamento è accogliente e fornito di tutto il necessario. I proprietari sono molto gentili e disponibili e il cane Maria è dolcissimo... Addormentarsi con i grilli la sera è un optional che andrebbe inserito nel prezzo! Perfetto per una vacanza in relax. Un caro saluto!

bellissime persone,bellissimi posti.....

Un posto veramente stupendo, cio che vedete nelle foto è quello che trovate.Se cercate tranquillità, volete mangiare bene a pochi soldi, cercate spiage libere è la destinazione ideale. Noi abbiamo preso un tempo brutto per mare cosi abbiano girato tutti i borghi intorno ( Marco, il proprietario ci ha fatto la lista).Proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili. Tornerei anche domani.

Accogliente e molto familiare...tutto nuovo.

Siamo stati l'anno scorso a ferrragosto . veramente una location che merita' bel panorama ..mare a 20' di auto...borghi nelle vicinanze stupendi...piacevole ricordo la grigliata di pesce a ferragosto con i proprietari ( Marco e Denise).....Saluti.

"Ci siamo sentiti subito a casa accolti con prodotti tipici, tanta simpatia e disponibilità! Situata in aperta campagna, silenziosa, con un panorama stupendo sulle colline, sul mare e soprattutto su Fermo!!! Splendidi i dintorni da visitare e caratteristici i borghi medioevali vicini!
