Fabulous location

Great accomodation if you want to be in the heart of Camogli . Great view out the window and quite spacious apartment . Good bathroom and great hot water . The main bed was a bit average . Kitchen was old but had what we needed . Good value for money .

Luigi’s apartment is in a spectacular location. It is situated on the Main Street right on the water with amazing water views either way. Lots of steep stairs to get to the apartment so you need to be physically capable. The apartment inside is pretty basic and could use a bit of love and a better clean. Having said that Luigi’s price for what you get is fantastic and I would not hesitate to recommend a stay in the beautiful town if Camogli.

In der Anzeige stand das es eine Klimaanlage gibt und Rauchmelder dem war nicht so.Die Bilder im Inserat stimmen z.b nicht mit dem Bild der Küche in real überein.Dreckige Küche und verranzt.Und das eckligste waren die krabbelnden Bettwanzen und es fab nicht mal genügend Bezüge für alle 3 und ein Laken als Bettdecke naja

Direkt über dem Meer

Es ist wunderschön direkt "über" dem Meer zu sein- das Licht und das Rauschen der Wellen bis in die Wohnung zu erleben. Die Wohnung und das Haus haben Charme. Je nach Besuchern hört man die Bar die unten vor dem Haus ist. Und das eine Schlafzimmer hat kein Fenster- gewohnheitsbefürftig. Sehr netter Vermieter, alles verlief reibungslos.

Der erste Eindruck ist vergleichbar mit dem Erklimmen eines Berges: Der Anstieg ist mit Anstrengung verbunden, aber der Ausblick am Gipfel entschädigt für alle Mühen. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, könnte aber aus mitteleuropäischer Sicht eventuell ein paar elektronische Hilfsmittel und Equipment mehr gebrauchen. Die Brandung zum Einschlafen vermissen wir auch Tage später noch und Camogli ist traumhaft italienisch! Wir kommen wieder...

Gorgeous views and location

Gigi met us and showed us around this charming flat. The best part is definitely the view. We spent hours people and sunset watching out of the window. Everything is close - the beach, market, restaurants, and shops. Just pack light-it's 75 steps up to the flat with the beautiful view!

Appartamento stupendo

L'appartamento è stupendo, posizionato nella via pedonale ha una vista indescrivibile, è vicinissimo alla stazione, quindi comodissimo per chi viaggia in treno. Camoglie è scandita da molte scalinate e anche l'appartamento è caratterizzato da delle rampe di scale..come dire...notevoli....ma la bellezza dell'appartamento, della vista e la gentilezza del proprietario ripagano qualsiasi fatica... Consigliatissimo!

3 giorni favolosi

Mia moglie, i nostri due figli di 5 e 3 anni ci siamo trovati benissimo. La casa è spaziosa, la cucina funzionale, i letti comodi e la sala favolosa. Il bagno è comodo per la presenza della doccia e della vasca separati. È perfetta per 4. Il 4 piano potrebbe essere un po' scomodo dopo una giornata di giri a piedi (magari con la spesa) ma appena entrati in casa si è estasiati dal mare e da Camogli. Gigi è stato perfetto e puntualissimo sia all'arrivo sia alla partenza. Disponibilissimo. Speriamo di tornare presto

Una vacanza splendida

Una vacanza splendida, anche grazie alla casa, con due finestroni che danno sulla passeggiata e sul mare aperto, col suono continuo delle onde a cullarci e il paesaggio dalle finestre che cambiava di minuto in minuto..Le scale, me le aspettavo peggio, abituata come sono alle case liguri, mi son sembrate fattibilissime, tanto che anche le mie due bimbe di 5 e 3 anni non si sono mai lamentate. La casa è ampia nella zona living, la cucina è piccolina e anche se c'è un tavolino ribaltabile, chi farebbe colazione lì quando c'è un tavolo con vista sull'infinito mare? Il divano letto è comodo e lasciato aperto anche durante il giorno diventa una meravigliosa chaise-longue gigante ove rilassarsi. Il bagno ha sia il box doccia che la vasca, due diversi elementi, staccati, e quindi inusuale e utile. Noi non abbiamo avuto giornate calde, ma consiglio il ventilatore per la stanza da letto senza finestra, comunque, aperta quella della cucina, si crea una piacevole corrente di cui beneficia a tratti anche la stanza. Il proprietario è molto gentile e puntuale, desideriamo ringraziarlo sperando di ritornare magari quest'autunno!

LE PARADIS SUR TERRE

Moi je vote 10/5!!!!!! La description correspond tout à fait avec la réalité, c'est même plus beau et plus grand que sur les photos!!!! Des que vous ouvrez la porte la mer rentre dans l'appartement et vous serez bercé par les vagues pendant tout votre séjour.....La vue.....que dire....magnifique!!!!!!Toute la baie de camogli s'ouvre a vous, en bas la promenade piétonne, la plage a 5m, l'église bien sur!!!!! L'appartement est à la hauteur de mes spectatives, cuisine équipé, salle de bain spacieuse rénové avec goût et très propre comme tout le reste, de plus vous disposez des livres et infos touristiques si besoin, pas besoin de rajouter tout est dans la description. Pas besoin de voiture, a quelques pas vous avez le petit supermarché qui d'ailleurs n'est pas cher....pharmacie, boulangeries, restaurants de poissons frais ( on voit les pécheurs de la fenêtre!!!), en bas de l'appartement on peut prendre le petit déjeuner avec du yaourt maison exquis, viennoiseries, etc...La gare est proche aussi de même que les bateaux d'excursion.Un grand grand merci a Gigi pour sa gentillesse et disponibilité!!!!!Je conseille cet appartement à tous ceux qui aiment la belle vie!!!! Bien sûr le paradis ça se mérite, si pour vous quatre étages par éscalier c'est fatigant ...

Un angolo di paradiso...

Un angolo di paradiso... Obiettivo: weekend romantico. Il panorama che si intuisce dalle fotografie mi ispira, e alla fine partiamo alla scoperta della casa. Spettacolo!!! E' vero, le scale non sono praticissime, ma a meno di non avere limitazioni fisiche o dovere portare su e giu' carrozzine e neonati sono assolutamente sostenibili! Appartamento di charme e proprietario, Gigi, gentilissimo e pazientissimo (ci ha fatto trovare la focaccia!!!!). Se proprio devo trovare un difetto, se fossi Gigi metterei a posto il pavimento davanti alla porta (l'apertura è effettivamente difficoltosa). Ma per il resto... voto 10!!!! Vale la pena di salire ogni gradino per arrivare a queste due incredibili finestrone che abbracciano tutto il golfo ... la notte sembra di dormire in riva al mare! i mobili antichi regalano alla casa un tocca incredibilmente accogliente e famigliare, è stata percepita da tutta la mai famiglai come un piccolo posto magico! (p.s. "pratici-magia a parte": pulitissimo, bagno nuovo, cucina perfettamente attrezzata e con tanto di sale, detersivi, ecc.; Gigi il proprietario si è dimostrato di una correttezza squisita e molto disponibile!)berta

Accueil sympathique du po...

Accueil sympathique du poropriétaire. Nus avons séjourné à Camogli en Aout 2013. les + de l'appartement: vus superbe, rue animée, proximité immédiate de la plage et des commerces, trés bon club de plongée (B&B diving) facilement accessible à pied. Les points négatifs: parking extremement difficile en pleine saison: les parkings payants à proxilité sont inabordables (16€/jour, nous avons finalement réussi à nous garer à 800 metres de l'appartement et n'avons plus utilisé notre voiture de la semaine. Les escaliers sont vraiment pénibles à monter, appartement très chaud de jour comme de nuit (27°C). Au niveau de l'appartement lui même, quelques points à corriger: gaines électriques avec ampoules nues, porte de la salle de bain qui racle le plancher et difficile à fermer. Globalement un bon séjour néanmoins.

We really enjoyed staying...

We really enjoyed staying in the apartment - it is really spacious and could easily fit us six (incl 2 kids). Very nice location - really few meters from the sea / beach and wonderful views... yes, we had to climb up to the 4th floor (4 stairs) but we easily adopted to it pretty soon (and even kids did not complain). kitchen could be a bit better equipped but it was still OK for us to spend a week there. I really recommend to others.
