Gite 'LA PETITE MAISON SOUS LES PINS' situé en campagne aixoise à PUYRICARD quartier résidentiel au nord d'Aix en Provence. Annexe de propriété indépendante et clôturée ,sans vis à vis.
Maison de plain pied de 70m2 habitable + pièce de 40m2 avec Piscine Intérieure Chauffée (eau à 29-30°C) utilisable en toutes saisons et quelque soit la météo.
L'usage de la piscine est totalement exclusif à cette maison. L'accès à la piscine se fait directement par le séjour ou par la terrasse( totalement fermée par baies vitrées et volets roulants)
La maison est recouverte d'une jolie façade en bois .
De grandes baies vitrées donnent sur un jardin arboré de pins, clos et privé de 800m2 avec parking. Idéal pied à terre ,tout confort, pour visiter la Provence,à 10 min du centre ville d'Aix en Provence,ouvert toute l'année..
en option SPA 4 places Hotspring couvert privatif attenant à la piscine interieure
forfait 250€ / semaine ( soit 35 € par jour) , 150€ 3 jours , etc à prendre sur place .
le spa est en supplément forfaits degressifs
2 places allongées , 2 places assises
la température de l eau est réglable de 26 à 40°C
