Se ti piacevano gli anni 70 ti piacerà l'appatamento

Molto disponibile e gentile il custode che ha sopperito a qualche inconveniente nel soggiorno: andava in corto circuito l'impianto elettrico negli ultimi giorni causa perdita di un tubo dell'acqua. ll tutto con rapporto qualità prezzo non buonissimo, si compensano con la buona posizione che permette di raggiungere in breve tutte le spiagge dell'isola. Un coniglio : da ristrutturare il bagno e fare qualche miglioria alle scale che però sono parte del condominio se di pretende di mantenere questi prezzi .

Appartamento datato , senza nessun tipo di comfort, puzza di fogna dai lavandini e dallo scarico del bagno !Unica nota positiva il custode sempre gentile e disponibile a qualsiasi richiesta !

Contesto condominiale buono. Piscina ottima e curata. Appartamento confortevole, abbastanza pulito. Piuttosto rumoroso data la posizione fronte strada. Custode molto gentile e sempre disponibile.

Soggiorno a Procchio presso condominio Renée

Abbiamo soggiornato con piacere in questo 'appartamento che si trova in un condomino dotato di una piscina comune pulita ed in posizione comoda per raggiungere sia il paese che la spiaggia. E' un appartamento pulito, luminoso, attrezzato, fresco.Il proprietario dell'appartamento è sempre disponibile a fornire indicazioni. Il custode del condominio è sempre presente.

Oh dear

Don't go there This appears to be a flat that is wrented hen the occupant is away and we didn't stay, choosing to seek alternative accommodation. Despite requests for a refund, none is given to date. Dirty, shabbby furnishings, a small balcony decked with a clothes rack displaying old bath mats which overlooked a main road. The owner's personal belongings padlocked into a wardrobe and cupboard with a jacket hanging on a hook stuck to the wall, Trashy shower room furnishings hanging from the wall in the unusable shower room which was wallpapered and had a toilet without a seat. The switch for the fan was covered with tape suggesting it was unusable and the gas hob needed to be switched on somehow to make it work. I have photos, asked for a refund which is not currently forthcoming, and am so disappointed. The bedding supplied was stained and the towels old - there is no mention on the website of supply your own. My fifth visit to Elba and I feel cheated.This should not be advertised as holiday accommodation; it appears to be an unused flat.

"We spent 8 great days in...

"We spent 8 great days in the ireland.Every morning till lunch on the beach and travelling in the afternoon.The apartment is nice decorated and good equipped.The location is also convenient with view to the sea and mountains. Swimming pool is clean and big.The city is very green with many restaurants,shops and market once a week.The owner is very helpfull and did his best. Procchio is a small paradise with sea,sun,gardens,stones,tasty food and drinks!"

die wohnung ist sauber un...

die wohnung ist sauber und nett eingerichtet. mit offenen fenstern ist die strasse jedoch laut hörbar. vom balkon aus ist das meer sichtbar. er ist zu fuss über eine seitenstrasse in 15 min gut zu erreichen. der strand von procchio ist mit cafes und restaurants sehr einladend und belebt. überall kann man wunderbar essen und vieles einkaufen. wichtig: mit dem vermieter umbedingt absprechen ob bettlaken mitgenommen werden müssen. waren bei mir nicht vorhanden. ansonsten ist der vermieter sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. tip: im sommer mit der sonnencreme nr. 50 beginnen, da es sehr heiss werden kann! habe mich mit der 20er und 30er tube zünftig verbrennt! ;-)
