Avoid

Awful accommodation. Extremely tricky to find. Very shabby interiors with unsafe areas outside. Pool was dirty and the decking around the pool was uneven and broken in places making it a very dangerous zone, especially for children. Unsafe wiring in areas around the site. Washing machine kept in dirty outside room filled with various animal droppings and leaking open pipework. On complaining about these issues the site manager was not interested and only said that there had not been any complaints about the accommodation in the past. We only stayed one night and found alternative accommodation as it was totally unsuitable for our family. I would not recommend this Villa.

Das Haus entsprach nicht unseren Erwartungen. Es ist kein freistehendes Einzelhaus, sondern eher eine Wohnung über zwei Etagen mit weiteren Einheiten im Haus. Viel war kaputt oder ging kaputt während des Aufenthaltes, Anfahrt extrem steil. Achtung Navi lotst falsch auf sehr steilen Schotterweg.

Dejligt hus og meget hjælpsom vært og venligt personale

Vi havde 10 skønne dage i skønt hus, lækker pool og fantastisk vejr. Huset har plads og en rigtig dejlig balkon hvor man kan sidde hele dag og aften og nyde udsigten. Hjælpsom vært. Beliggenheden er lidt langt oppe og lidt kringlet veje. Man skal have bil for at bo der. Lidl ligger på vej op, en god ide at handle inden man kører op til huset.

Nous avons passé de très belles vacances cet été, le logement est bien situé, dans un quartier calme avec une très belle vue . Les responsables du logement sont très a l’écoute et très réactifs.

Accueil, disponibilité et réactivité de Stéphane et son épouse au top. Maison bien conçue et avec de belles prestations dommage que l'entretien du bien laisse à désirer (clim et bac à glaçons défaillants, fauteuils patio et terrasse très usés voire troués, éclairage de la piscine qui n'a jamais fonctionné malgré les interventions du pisciniste). Satisfaction globale de notre séjour et encore merci à nos hôtes

Prima verblijfplaats

Keurig verzorgd huis van alle gemakken voorzien inclusief speelgoed voor de kinderen. Goed onderhouden zwembad, gezellige bar aan de rand van het zwembad, buitenkeuken, etc. Voldoende inventaris, goede bedden, volop handdoeken, daar mankeerde allemaal niets aan. Prima ontvangst door beheerder Stephane en zijn echtgenote. Wel paar kleine minpuntjes: wifi liet iets te wensen over, het laatste stukje van de weg naar het huis was niet optimaal en gedurende de nachten regelmatig last van jankende honden in de omgeving. Al met al: een aanrader!

Séjour très agréable, villa tout confort

Super séjour dans cette belle villa. L’accès est raide mais une fois en haut la vue est très jolie. Difficile de vraiment faire des grasses mat car le chant du coq en contrebas est très présent dès les premières heures du jour. Les installations sont très confortables et tout est de qualité. La cuisine est très bien équipée. Nous avons appréciés la machine à laver. Très bon contact et gestion avec Stéphane sur place. Un grand merci

Ruim huis op een mooie ( rustige) locatie

Wij hebben een heerlijke week gehad. Het is een mooi en ruim huis maar heeft wel wat kleine aandachtspunten ( we hebben dit ook met de eigenaar besproken) qua onderhoud en hygiëne. Maar de eigenaar en beheerder zijn echt super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het huis ligt erg hoog en via kronkelweg bereik je het. Dus ligt wel ver van alles af. Dichtstbijzijnde dorp in Pueblo de Mijas 15 min rijden . Wij waren hiervan op de hoogte en hebben genoten van de omgeving en de avonden regelmatig heerlijk gegrild op de buiten gril en genoten van het mooie uitzicht.

Preis Leistungsverhältnis passt nicht

Beim Ankommen war das Haus nicht sauber, Füße nach barfußlaufen schwarz. Die Technik, Warmwasser und Außenbeleuchtung fiel ständig aus ! Unter einem Schlafzimmer und vor einem Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein Technikraum , indem 2 mal nachts laut Maschinen anspringen ( für jeweils 45 Minuten) das Schlafen unmöglich macht ! Ein Schlafzimmer war eine bessere Abstellkammer ohne Fenster , klein und muffig, dort wollte niemand schlafen . Die Spülmaschine war defekt, das Wasser lief in die Küche. Der Hauswart hat ein bisschen herumgeschraubt, der Defekt wurde bis zu unserer Abreise nicht behoben! Das Haus wurde während unseres Aufenthalts nicht gereinigt, außer einem Staubsauger gab es kein Putzzeug für uns ! Insgesamt konnten wir mit diesen Einschränkungen leben, hatten trotzdem einen schönen Urlaub aber der Preis für das Objekt ist nicht gerechtfertigt!!

Espectacular

La casa en general muy bien, bonitas habitaciones, bonitas zonas comunes y sobre todo bonita piscina, yo fui con unos amigos, teniamos todos 21 años y nos acogieron de lujo tanto Tania como Stephone, cualquier duda que tuvieranos nos respondian al segundo, lo unico peor que hemos encontrado es la distancia a la playa, pero por el precio y las calidades se compensa, Muchas gracias, repetiremos alguna vez seguro

Great location for sightseeing and relaxing

We had a very pleasant stay in Mijas. The house is wonderfull and has lots of space, for 7 persons it was very comfortable. The view from the patio is amazing. Espacially the sunsets are stunning. The pool is not very big (visible on the fotos) but perfect for refreshing and chilling in the water. The house, especially the kitchen, is very good equiped. The drinks cooler and the big gas grill were an absolute highlight to us. The hosts were super friendly and helped us with all possible problems and questions. The house is very close to Mijas (5 minutes) and also close to Fuengirola (10-15 minutes, Big Supermarket and beaches). If you want to go sightseeing in Malaga you can get there in only 30 minutes. It is also possible to drive to Gibraltar, and Algeciras (1-1,5 hours). I would definitly recommend the stay.

A propriedade tem tudo o que é preciso para passar umas boas férias. Stev e Tania foram prestáveis e muito simpáticos. A única coisa de que não gostamos, foi a água da piscina que não estava nas melhores condições. Se estivesse como nas fotos era excelente

Hieno paikka, talo vastasi täysin kuvausta !

Yhteydenpito omistajaan sekä lähistöllä asuvaan ”talonmieheen” toimi sujuvasti, saimme mm.. apua eksyessämme kauppareissulla. Talo oli tilava ja hyvin suunniteltu meidän 10 hengen ryhmälle. Suosittelemme auton vuokraamista !!

Lovely property in the hills

We had a great time staying in the villa. It’s a little hard to find as it’s very remote and in the mountains but once you know the route then there aren’t any issues finding the places. I do recommend coming in the day to make it easier for yourself. The communication with Stèphane was nice and easy and he sorted out any issues we had very quickly and without trouble. I would highly recommend this villa for groups and would also be really good for families as you have everything you need for a relaxing villa holiday. All in all, a wonderful experience

La situation géographique est magnifique, près de l'aéroport, de Malaga, de Mijas Pueblo. La Costa del Sol est à nos pieds. La villa est située tout en hauteur, soyez en avisés. Le site internet démontre bien les lieux qui sont propres et bien adaptés pour une famille. Les responsables des lieux Tania et Stéphane sont efficaces, disponibles, généreux et d'une grande gentillesse. Nous avons passé deux (2) belles semaines. Merci encore !

Séjour formidable à Mijas

Nichée entre le magnifique pueblo blanco de Mijas et la station balnéaire de Fuengirola, cette splendide villa bien au calme a tous les atouts pour garantir un séjour reposant. Une vue panoramique magnifique sur les montagnes et la mer, des installations au top, bref, je vous recommande ce bien d’exception. Pour les amateurs de golf, la situation est idéale.

Vi boede i lejligheden en uge ni personer. Huset værelserne og terrasserne fungerede godt. Udsigten var fantastisk. Der er en lejlighed både under og over denne. De var tomme denne uge. Opkørsel er stejl, men sikker. Vi havde en dejlig solrig vinter-uge.
