Magnifique séjour

Très belle semaine de vacances à Messanges.La maison a été très bien rénovée et elle est hyper fonctionnelle. La terrasse et le jardin sont de vrais plus !Le jardin entièrement clôturé a été le terrain de jeux de nos 2 chiens qui se sont régalés.On peut tout faire à pieds (ou à vélo)!Le quartier est extrêmement calme.Bref, super vacances dans la nature !

Super séjour - Je recommande

Nous avons réservé la maison pour 2 semaines entre fin juin et début juillet 2023. La maison est grande, tout comme le jardin sans vis à vis, qui est très agréable. Le quartier est d'ailleurs très calme. La maison est très bien équipée, c'est très appréciable (intérieur comme extérieur). A coté de tout, la plage est à seulement quelques minutes en voiture ou à vélo, tout comme les commerces ou les communes à visiter. La décoration de la maison n'est pas ultra moderne mais reste tout à fait correcte et locale ;-) De plus, la maison est confortable. Mon seul bémol (mais c'est un avis très personnel) ce serait l'aspirateur que je trouve peu perfomant au vu de la taille de la maison et l'usage que nous avons pu en faire.. il était parfois difficile d'aspirer le sable, qui malgré nos précautions s'insinue partout. Nous sommes toutefois ravis de notre séjour et nous reviendrons dans cette maison qui nous a beaucoup plu. *Remerciement à Karen, la gestionnaire de la maison, qui est très sympathique et toujours à l'écoute.

Schönes Ferienhaus

Wir haben die Zeit in Messanges genossen. Das Ferienhaus liegt schön ruhig ca. 10-15 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad von den Stränden entfernt. Das Haus selber ist auch gut aber viele Sachen könnten mal wieder erneuert oder nachjustiert werden. Die Matratzen sind zu weich, der Geschirrspüler innen durchrostet, die Schrauben der schönen Terrasse müssten nachgezogen werden und auch die Dunstabzugshaube kann man erneuern.

Haus mit schönem Garten mit alten Bäumen

Wir verbrachten 2 tolle Wochen in Messanges. Das Haus ist gut eingerichtet, es hat alles, was man braucht. Grosses Wohn- und Esszimmer, grosse Küche. Grosse überdachte Terrasse mit Garten mit schönen alten Bäumen. Sehr freundliche Betreuung durch Karen. Einkaufen beim Bäcker und im kleinen Lebensmittelgeschäft zu Fuss möglich, auch diverse Restaurants zu Fuss erreichbar. Für den Strand braucht es ein Velo oder ein Auto, es gibt aber auch mehrmals pro Tag einen Gratis-Bus. Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen. Für eine Familie bis 4 Kinder oder auch für 2 Ehepaare.

Bon séjour au calme

La description correspond bien à l'annonce, la maison est agréable, bien équipée et bien située par rapport aux pistes cyclables. Le jardin est ombragé ce qui très appréciable avec les fortes chaleurs. Bon accueil à l'arrivée et au départ, merci Karen. Séjour très reposant, maison très agréable dans un village loin de la foule

Nous avons passé 2 semaines parfaites: Karen nous a très bien accueillis, la maison située dans un lotissement typiquement landais très calme, est très agréable et parfaitement adaptée pour une famille jusqu’à 6 personnes. Manque juste le sèche-linge (impossible de faire sécher les serviettes du soir pour le lendemain), et une poubelle de cuisine un peu plus grande... sinon tout y est. Si l’accès à l’océan nécessite 10-15 minutes de vélo (ou la voiture, en ne partant pas trop tard pour pouvoir se garer...), Messanges reste à l’abri de la foule de Vieux-Boucau ou de Moliet, qui restent quand même très accessibles grâce à la voie verte toute proche. Bref, un beau petit coin de Landes...

Nice house, but many broken things around

Positive: - spacious house, good location, lots of facilities. - communication to the agency was easy, supportive member. Negative: - not clean when checked in - many broken things around, the worst being the fridge which is elementary in the summer and the vacuum cleaner. - roaches and moths are all over - at the end of the stay, you are supposed to clean. But the vacuum cleaner doesn't vacuum and there are no cleaning solutions or things to clean with in the house, except some brums.

La location a Messanges a été très appréciée de même que Mme Karen Moschetti à qui je donne une note maximum. Par contre, très mauvais prestation d'Abritel qui, une semaine avant, ne m'avait rien envoyé: adresse, descriptif, inventaire etc ...J'ai du contacter Abritel qui, pour seule réponse, m'a donné le téléphone de Mme Karen afin d'avoir tous les éléments. Les frais de gestion d'Abritel ne sont donc absolument pas justifiés pour moi.
