About this property

NEW VILLA WITH HEATED POOL

Covering an area of ​​120 m2 in grounds of 600m2, this villa is located close to beaches, golf courses and cycle path in a quiet residential area.

It has a large bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with walk-in shower with separate WC and three bedrooms, two for adults, one with a bed of 160/200, the other with a 140/190 bedding and the last who should children with a single bed and two bunk beds in 90 ,.
Fully equipped with WIFI wireless Internet access, LCD TV with Orange TV, oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, deck chairs, garden furniture, etc ....
The 8X4 pool, heated and with a salt treatment, is surrounded by a pleasant terrace of which 40 m2 are covered.

All the comforts for a good holiday, close to beaches, golf courses, the bike path, full of activities to do in this very peaceful village.

The rental is from Saturday to Saturday: arrival 17H - departure 10H

Family Retreat in Messanges

We hat two great relaxing weeks in Messanges. The house is great for 6, relaxing at the pool, cooking and dining together - and for bike tours. Everything well equipped, very nice owners that live nearby.

Messanges pool house

We had a very nice stay in this beautiful house near the beaches. The kids loved the pool! Only the noise of the near street was a little disturbing sometimes. We can highly recommend.

Modern villa with great pool

We stayed in June for 2 weeks and we had a great time. The villa is modern, clean and nicely decorated. The outside pool is very nice and well maintained. The only downside is probably the location next to a very busy and noisy road. We did not bother too much, but other people may. The hosts are really nice and friendly and the surroundings are great for going to the beach and the restaurants.

Wij verbleven er 14 dagen en hadden er een topvakantie. Alles dichtbij. Alles was zoals beschreven, niks te kort. Heel goede en duidelijke communicatie met de eigenaars. Enige minpuntje : heel warm in onze slaapkamer. Tip: airco of muggengaas aan venster.

Sehr schönes großes gepflegtes Haus, gut ausgestattet, auch im Küchenbereich hat es an nichts gefehlt, große Terrasse mit vielen Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten.Sehr nette gastfreundliche Gastgeber, schöner weitläufiger Strand, sehr gut ausgebautes Radwegenetz.

Très bon séjour à Messanges

Nous avons louer cette maison de vacances pour mon conjoint et nos 4 enfants pour une semaine. La situation de la maison nous convenait tout à fait. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et très serviables. La maison est vraiment top. Elle est très récente, fonctionnelle, belle et la piscine a enchanté l’ensemble de la famille. Bref un séjour Idéal dans une super maison. Merci

Super schöner Urlaub

Das Haus mit dem angenehmen Pool und die Lage waren super klasse. Viele schöne Strände und interessante Städte in der Nähe, um tolle Tagesausflüge zu machen. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und reaktiv. Zur Begrüßung und auch zum Anschied gab es lecker lokale Spezialitäten. Wir kommen gerne einmal wieder.

Sehr schöner und erholsamer Urlaub in Messange

Wir haben zwei sehr schöne und erholsame Wochen in Messange verbracht. Maßgeblich dazu beigetragen hat unser Ferienhaus, welches in Wirklichkeit noch schöner ist, als auf den Bildern dargestellt. Alles sehr sauber und komfortabel. Besonders gefallen hat uns auch der große Pool. Sylvie und Vincent sind sehr sympathische und herzliche Gastgeber, die sich hervorragend um uns gekümmert haben. La maison est très belle et propre, la climatisation très appréciée en cette période cependant elle n’est pas pour 6 mais pour 7 et surtout pas dans un quartier calme mais le long d’une route très circulante et très bruyante, difficile de profiter des extérieurs.

Wir haben wunderbare Urlaubstage verbracht. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht. Ist sehr modern, sauber und verfügt über alles notwendige. Das Haus ist in Wirklichkeit noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Hier ein großes Dankeschön!! Kurz gesagt: Es war alles perfekt, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit gerne wieder hinfahren.

Messanges pratique

Maison neuve et très propre. Plutôt bien équipée (quelques oreillers en plus...). Belle et grande piscine au sel (toujours agreable) une petite douche de piscine serait un plus en rentrant de la plage, équipement extérieur très bien (table, chaise, plancha, range vélo...). Seul point un peu deceptif la.proximite de la route assez passante en cette saison (d où le 4 seulement). A 800 mt de la maison il y a tout : 3 restos, boulangerie, supérette, location vélo....et le super U à 3 minutes en voiture...la.grande piste cyclable est aussi très vite accessible. Un bon séjour. Merci.

Schöne Villa mit allem Komfort

Wir haben die Zeit in Messanges sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr neu und komfortabel. Es ist an alles gedacht. Der Außenbereich ist mit dem Pool und einer großen überdachten Terrasse sehr schön angelegt. Es sind reichlich Liegestühle und andere Terrassenmöbel vorhanden. Die Küche ist mit sehr modernen Geräten ausgestattet und mit reichlich Geschirr. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die beiden Besitzer haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen und uns alle Geräte erklärt. Die Besitzer kümmern sich sehr gut um das Haus. Das Haus liegt in Messanges, es sind ca. 500m zum Ortskern, der alles aufweist, was man sich in einem frz. Ort wünscht: eine sehr gute Bäckerei, einen kleinen Minimarkt, 2-3 Restaurants. Es gibt keinen Touristenrummel wie in Moliets, das fanden wir sehr angenehm. Zum Strand sind es 3 km, die sind wir meistens mit dem Fahrrad gefahren. Am Strand gibt es eine Surfschule und ein kleines Bistro. Wir fanden es sehr schön in Messanges und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für den netten Aufenthalt!
