La campagne au calme absolu

Très beau séjour chez Mirko. C'était parfait. Mirko est très serviable et aimable. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié sa maison au bord de la rivière, proche de Vicchio. Bien équipé. Internet, clim, vaisselle, transats, barbecue. Beaucoup de charme à l'ancienne dans ces vieilles pierres. Un vrai dépaysement à l'italienne.

Super location

Bien équipé, au calme, petit jardin, petite rivière vraiment très chouette. Le propriétaire est très agréable et accueillant. Location bien situé on a pu aller a Pise, san Marino, Firenze, Sienne, Bologne... Super séjour !

Fuori dal mondo

Posizione isolata, si sente solo il rumore della natura, casolare rustico, tipico della zona, solo 3 scomodità: vasca idromassaggio (complicato fare la doccia per noi che siamo abituati solo così), difficoltà di posteggio ( terreno molto morbido a causa della pioggia rendono difficoltosa la manovra soprattutto con un fuoristrada pesante), nessuna connessione internet o voce ( va bene l’isolamento per disintossicarsi ma almeno vedere le previsioni del tempo o il traffico per organizzare i giri turistici sarebbe comodo).

È una casa immersa nella natura solo per chi ha bisogno di rilassarsi, è veramente un bel posto e a pochi metri della casa c'è una bellissima cascata... Consigliatissimo

Urlaub mit Hund

Zunächst, die veröffentlichen Rezessionen kann ich nicht ganz bestätigen. Objekt einsam mit großem Garten. kein Fernsehen bzw. Internetempfang. Also Bücher mitnehmen und nichts für ältere Herrschaften, oder kleine Kinder, da keine Möglichkeit medizinisch. Betreuung zu rufen (plus sehr hohe Treppen ). Für uns war es ok, für die Hunde toll. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurant ca. 20 min entfernt. Sehr schlechte Straßen und steile Anfahrt zur Unterkunft. Nichts für tiefer gelegte Autos, Allrad hilfreich. Den Vermieter haben wir nur bei Anreise 10 Min.gesehen.

rustig gelegen woning bij riviertje

Leuk traditioneel huis met een grote tuin en een klein riviertje met waterval in het bos net achter de tuin gelegen, zeer aangenaam bij temperaturen tegen 40°. In de woning zelf blijft het verrassend aangenaam koel. BBQ en pizza oven aanwezig in de tuin. Huis een paar 100m van de straat verwijderd (inrit bij huisnummer 100) zodat je helemaal geen auto's hoort. Geen telefoonbereik op terrein zelf (wel vanop de straat). Privé parking bij de tuin, maar deze is wel niet eenvoudig om in en uit te rijden (wij geraakten van het grindpad af en moesten getakeld worden). Overdag redelijk veel muggen maar 's avonds viel dat beter mee. Een 5-tal km van Vicchio verwijderd waar voldoende supermarkten en restaurants te vinden zijn. Vriendelijke en hulpvaardige eigenaar. Soepele in- en uitchecktijden. Samengevat : aangenaam verblijf in een rustige groene omgeving

Typisches toskanischen Steinhaus auf dem Land

Die Kommunikation mit Enzo war problemlos, das Haus war sehr kühl trotz 37 Grad Aussentemperatur, der Garten groß, ideal für unseren Hund.Die Nachbarn waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Vielen Dank Enzo und liebe Grüße

Alles gut!

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit an einem abgelegenen Ort in einem riesigen Garten mit schönen alten Bäumen! Was wir vorher nicht wussten: es gibt keine zwei abgeschlossene Schlafzimmer. Enzo ist ein sehr hilfsbereiter, warmherziger Vermieter!

Great Holidays

Went to this beautiful Apartment a few weeks ago. Together with my girlfriend and our dog. FIrst of all: Don't follow Google to the adress, it will lead you to 118 instead of 100 and you don't want to drive that way. We had a Pickup-Truck what was the Right car for that part. The Family is very nice and fullfills all Needs if asked. The house itself was so beautiful, every room is adorable and lovely. The garden was perfect for our dog and there were also a grill and a Pizza oven. All together we had a lovely visit in a really quiet place. the Restaurants in Vecchio are really good and Pretty cheap if you go to the Right ones like Casa Matta. Even the 36° weren't that hard, beacuse in the nights it's Pretty Cold in there. After all we can surely say, we would visit it again. Thank you Enzo and family for our awesome stay. T&A

Nous avons été charmé par les lieux. Maison en pleine nature et la ville à "proximité". Avons pris le train pour nous rendre à Firenze, pas cher et très pratique. Pour des raisons techniques nous sommes arrivés tardivement et Enzo nous a attendu, il est adorable. Es war ein Traum! So stellt man sich ein Haus in der Toskana vor! Abgelegen, völlig Ruhig und mitten in der Natur mit eigenem Wasserfall hinterm Garten! Wir hatten alles was wir bräuchten, um einen entspannten Urlaub (mit 2 Kindern) zu haben! Bin dort aus, kann man vieles in der näheren und weiteren Umgebung besichtigen! Es war einfach nur wunderschön!

Endroit idéal pour découvrir la Toscane, ses paysages fabuleux et ses villages pittoresques. Maison très agréable, le jardin est vraiment charmant. Un petit coin de paradis niché au cœur de la campagne tout en étant proche de Vicchio, où commerces, boutiques, restaurants et gare sont accessibles aisément. Un point de départ stratégique et idéal pour Florence (1h en train), Pise, Lucques, Sienne.

"Un séjour fantastique de...

"Un séjour fantastique de part la beauté de la Toscane (plus particulièrement du Mugello) et aussi du gîte. Il sera assurément renouvelé. Maison très agréable en pleine campagne qui nous a permis de nous reposer pleinement grâce au calme ambiant. Le personnel de l''office du tourisme et de la bibliothèque (accès à un PC/imprimante et internet gratuit) de Borgo San Lorenzo ont été très accueillants. Merci pour leur aide. A Badia di Moscheta, laissez vous guider par le propriétaire de l''auberge. Son accueil, sa cuisine (en fait de sa maman) et le vin sont encore dans notre mémoire. Et je ne parle pas des visites (Firenze, Sienna, Lucca, Pisa, Scarperia, ...), de la cuisine (pâtes fraîches, côte de boeuf fondant, ...) et de l''accueil des italiens. Merci à Enzo qui nous a permis de profiter de sa maison et de passer des vacances inoubliables. Ciao e a presto"

"Maison très bien située en pleine campagne. L''environnement est sublime. Il y a des possibilités de se promener juste à côté. Pour visiter Florence, n''hésitez pas à prendre le train à Vicchio comme cela vous n''aurez aucun problème de stationnement. L''accueil est parfait et en plus Enzo parle très bien le français.
