Perfekte Lage in ruhiger Seitengasse

Ein einfaches Apartment in einem alten Haus in perfekter Lage. Ideal für junge Leute ohne große Ansprüche, die die Stadt erkunden wollen, dort studieren o.ä. Ein Stern Abzug für die fehlende Sauberkeit bei meiner Anreise, besonders in der Küche, und die mehr als gewöhnungsbedürftige Badewanne - hier wäre der Einbau einer normalen Dusche die bessere Lösung. Der Vermieter ist sehr zuvorkommend und bei Problemen jederzeit sofort verfügbar.

539/5000 L'appartamento molto comodo per due persone. La cucina è pulita e ha una bella stufa e lavatrice. Il bagno è bello ma ha la vasca da bagno all'Italian Style .... che a volte è scomoda ..... un americano deve adattarsi. L'area intorno all'appartamento è vivace ma la strada dell'appartamento è tranquilla. Anche molte pentole e padelle per cucinare. Sono stato molto felice qui! Alberto e sua madre sono stati molto gentili e disponibili! Sono un americano e ho usato Goggle Traduci questa recensione ... quindi spero che sia una traduzione corretta....Tony

Kleine 1-Zimmer Wohnung ideal fuer einen Kurzurlaub in Venedig

Die kleine 1-Zimmer Wohnung ist sehr zentral in der Naehe der Rialto Bruecke gelegen, wodurch sich alles in reichweite befindet und man die Stadt auch problemlos ohne Vaporetto besichtigen kann. Die Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Stock einer kleinen Gasse, und ist daher recht dunkel. Auch befindet sich an der Ecke ein kleines Restaurant, weshalb es oefters laut geworden ist. Die Wohnung ist mit allen wichtigen Utensilien ausgestattet, fuer allzu lange Aufenthalte (1 Monat wie in meinem Fall) ist sie aber vielleicht nicht ganz so gut geeignet (Waschmaschine funktioniert nicht, Badewanne ist sehr gewoehnungsbeduerftig...). Aber alles in allem fuer einen kurzen Urlaubsaufenthalt in Venedig durchaus weiter zu empfehlen

"Au centre de Venise, tous les sites d''importance sont à distance de marche. L''appartement est extrêmement propre. Le chauffage douillet compte tenu de la température extérieure fraîche. Nous sommes enchantés de notre séjour dans ce studio, la cuisine était bien équipée, les lits confortables. Petite boulangerie au coin de la rue, un supermarché à 5-10 minutes, le Rialto à 5 minutes, 10 minutes(même pas) pour la place Saint-Marc. Définitivement un lieu à recommander chaudement. Soulignons la gentillesse de la famille Spernich et tout est dit."

"Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable à Venise qui est une ville magnifique. Le propriétaire du studio s''est montré particulièrement sympathique et accueillant. Notons également qu''il a été très informatif et réactif aux différents mails envoyés avant notre arrivée. Le studio est fonctionnel, que ce soit pour 2 amis ou un couple (2 lits simples clic-clac pouvant être accolés). Le studio est bien placé dans la ville ce qui permet d''accéder à la place St Marc en 10 min à pied. Il y a aussi de nombreux commerce à proximité et un supermarché à 10 min environ à pied."

"It was a great week. The apartment is really small, but clean and quite comfortable. It is very well located, about halfway between the railway station and Piazza San Marco, near the Rialto Bridge and Rialto Mercato, but in the small quiet street. No matter where you are in Venice, you can always get to apartment for 15-20 minutes. The owner, Alberto is always ready to help resolve any issues and is very attentive to the interests of the guests. Recommended for a living."

"The studio is located no...

"The studio is located not far from the Rialto bridge. The neighborhood is quite and safe. The design of studio is also very nice and cosy - everything is properly organised. The studio is not big, but for two people it is good. It`s very clean and fully equipped, as described. It is located next to a lively street, where are many shops, souvenir shops and nice restaurants (e.g Barababao is really great!). About 5-7 min walk to Billa (a supermarket), 5 min walk to Rialto bridge and vaporetto stop, so the access to the major tourist attractions is very fast and simple. The owner is very friendly and helpful. If you have any questions about Venice, he`ll answer them. We had a nice time in Venice and it was good to have a home away from home."
