Get Away From It All, Surrounded By A Tropical Fruit Orchard, Beach/ Surf Close.
Surrounded by a half acre of bananas, papayas, mangos and other tropical fruit trees, this home features two-bedroom suites, for now we are renting the bottom floor only, top is rented long term, the bottom floor was just made availabe. Bedroom one has a queen size bed, and dresser, the other room has bunk beds top single bottom full. It also has a full kitchen and living room with 50" flat screen TV, WiFI and a full bathroom. Enjoy the quiet and peaceful serenity or drive to the charming town of Todos Santos, located just 10 minutes away or walk to our beautiful beaches. The awesome surfing at San Pedrito or Cerritos are both just minutes away.

San Clemente, California surfing family wishes to share their Pescadero home with others, and we want you to enjoy this area as much as we do!! We have been visiting the region since the 80's with our family, staying at time shares and we have now invested in the region. We have stayed here with our six kids and family friends and have prepared it for others to enjoy.
Why they chose this property
This is our favorite part of Baja, having spent years getting to know the region, we love this area the most. Beautiful beaches, great restaurants, friendly people, and amazing surf. Close to Todos Santos and away from the craziness of Cabo San Lucas, this is a dream vacation for families. Visit the amazing local restaurants and the art studios of Todos Santos. Our property has over 200 tropical fruit trees. Bananas, papayas, mangos, as well as many others adorn our half acre orchard.
What makes this property unique
Ocean and mountain views, amazing surf year round, between Cerritos and San Pedrito you have waves for all skill levels close by, from beginner's lessons at Cerritos to expert waves at the La Pastora, South swells in the summer, North West swells in the Winter, this area has year round, warm water surf, relaxing beaches, amazing art, delicious restaurants and friendly people.
