Superb and comfortable holiday villa of 250 square meters within an exclusive gated plot of 800 square meters. On the front of the house is a colorful garden from which you can access through a door to a private annex land 1300 square meters, which is a large car park and recreation area. On the back is a pretty exclusive pool with a spacious and comfortable porch and solarium and a typical and comfortable barbecue.

This has been my home and my family since built it and started to live since 1990. For professional reasons we have moved and so we rented the house for us excellent memories and that is certainly a ideal for a peaceful holiday by the pool and enjoy the surroundings and also the island context.
