Appartement recommandé

L'appartement est idéalement situé, à quelques minutes de la plage dans une résidence très calme hors saison. Les terrains de boule à côté de la résidence ont fait notre bonheur. La terrasse donnant sur le parc est très agréable. Les pièces sont bien agencées et spacieuses. L'appartement est bien équipé et propre. Nous avons apprécié de nous balader dans le massif de l'Estérel. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine. Location vivement recommandée.

ALLOGGIO BELLO, AGENZIA ' DISTRATTA'

Con una coppia di amici ho affittato per una settimana, subito dopo l'Epifania, una casa vacanze ad Agay - Saint-Raphael (annuncio sul sito di Homelidays: «Agay – 6414493»). L'alloggio – corrispondenza al capello con la descrizione pubblicata nell'annuncio – si è rivelato ottimo sotto ogni punto di vista: spazioso, funzionale, tranquillo, con in più un grandissimo prato cintato, perfetto per far scorrazzare i nostri due cani. Insomma, ha soddisfatto appieno le nostre esigenze e aspettative, e lo consigliamo senza riserve. Peccato il comportamento non propriamente professionale della signora Magali Mansier, titolare dell'agenzia immobiliare responsabile della locazione. Così poco professionale che viene da chiedersi se l'utente autore di questo commento lasciato sul sito di Homelidays: «Très très bonne réactivité de l'agence en charge de la gestion du logement face aux tracas rencontrés pendant notre quinzaine», abbia avuto a che fare con la stessa persona. Per cominciare, all'atto del check-in i 300 euro previsti di cauzione, non si sa bene perché, sono lievitati a 500. Passi: sarà stata la presenza dei due cani a mettere in allarme la signora Mansier, ansiosa di onorare al meglio il mandato di gestione fiduciaria ricevuto dal proprietario. Le consegniamo dunque un assegno di 500 euro a garanzia umano-canina, e l'impagabile Magali, fattolo scivolare in borsa, si affretta ad assicurarci che ci sarà restituito al momento del check-out. E di passata aggiunge: caso mai lasciaste l'appartamento di mattina presto, e io non potessi essere presente, nessun problema, vi farò avere in giornata una foto dell'assegno annullato; abbiate solo la compiacenza di lasciare la chiave di casa sotto lo zerbino. Bisogna dar atto alla nostra agente che la sicurezza degli alloggi da lei gestiti sta proprio in cima a tutti i suoi pensieri! Possiamo immaginare con quale sollievo e soddisfazione dei proprietari mandatari. Ma certo costoro sapranno quello che fanno. Nulla invece noi abbiamo saputo del nostro assegno, e sono passati ormai quindici giorni, punteggiati di almeno tre solleciti. Alla faccia della correttezza professionale!

"Logement spacieux et fonctionnel. Résidence très bien entretenue et calme, à l''exception de la voir de chemin de fer très proche mais qui ne trouble pas (heureusement) la nuit. Très très bonne réactivité de l''agence en charge de la gestion du logement face aux tracas rencontrés pendant notre quinzaine."
