In a secure 4-storey residence with lift and swimming pool, this 3-room apartment of approximately 50m² equipped for 4 people is located near Port Santa Lucia, shops, the town center, sandy beaches and facing the creeks of the Parc Santa Lucia.

On the 3rd floor, east facing (rising sun), including a living room (140x190 sofa bed) with kitchen area (3-burner induction hob, traditional oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer), 2 bedrooms, one with double bed (160x200), the other with 2 pull-out single beds (90x190), a bathroom with shower and washing machine, separate toilet. Terrace with garden furniture. TV, Wi-Fi, Air conditioning, Parking, Swimming pool.

* Reduction of 15% during the year from 15 consecutive days reserved (except from 06/07/2024 to 24/08/2024)

* Different services available to book at the same time as the rental:
- Rental of household linen (sheets with pillowcases and/or towels); price according to number of weeks, Info from the agency
- Baby cot rental: €30/stay

* Water and electricity consumption is billed from October to May according to current rates.
