Beautiful family-friendly home located on a green belt in Tahoe Donner.
Spectacular 19 foot ceiling in living area. The home has granite and slate throughout. Three bedrooms downstairs, each with queen beds, a 'dorm' bedroom and loft upstairs.
Ping Pong table. The master bath has a jacuzzi tub. A large deck extends across the back of the house.
Port-a-crib, high-chair available. Cable and secure wireless Internet.
Walk one block to the renamed 'Adventure Center' for Cross Country skiing in the winter and Equestrian rides in the summer.
Trout Creek and North Woods Recreation Centers (guest fees)
3 Swimming Pools, 1 child Pool are available during the summer
1 Heated Swimming Pool is available in the winter

The home was built and purchased by our family in 2002. We enjoy staying at our house in Truckee both with family and friends. Our extended family now has 6 children ages 8 to 18. It has been a wonderful home for both us as adults and for our children.
Why they chose this property
The Property is located on a green belt with easy access to the Tahoe Donner system of hiking and biking trails. Our children love to explore with us in the green belt area that includes a creek with beaver dams.
We are located just a block away from the Tahoe Donner Adventure Center, and 1 mile or less to Trout Creek Recreation Center and the Downhill ski area.

What makes this property unique
The floor plan is particularly nice for families with children. There is a TV and DVD player both upstairs and downstairs. We didn't know how popular our Ping Pong table would be until we purchased it for our loft several years ago.
There are some toys for young children.
