Vacanza Salento 2015
Proprietario molto gentile e disponibile. La casa è in posizione tranquilla e vicina al centro del paese con vista mare, ottimo livello di pulizia, non molto agevole la posizione del barbecue nel giardino. Stanze dell'appartamento al piano terreno molto grandi a discapito di una cucina troppo piccola.

Wir können uns der Beurteilung von Frau Lara L. nur anschliessen. Der junge Vermieter ist freundlich, unkompliziert und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung liegt oberhalb der Piazza und bietet eine grossartige Aussicht auf den Ort, auf Gallipoli und aufs Meer. Die Wohnung ist einfach, aber freundlich und funktionell eingerichtet. Das Haus liegt in einem grosszügigen Garten mit Palmen, Feigenkaktus, Feigenbaum, Oleander und Autoabstellplätzen. Auch hat es einen Grillplatz und eine Aussendusche. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen.

Bel appartement avec terrasse,grand jardin avec vue sur mer,possibilité de barbecue, parking à l'intérieur de la propriété. Plage de sable et rochers à proximité. Propriétaire très acceuillant et disponible. Nous y retournerons volontiers.

alloggio pulito e complet...
alloggio pulito e completo di tutti gli elettrodomestici,c'è anche la possibilità di utilizzare un barbecue esterno situato in giardino. l' appartamentino è situato all'interno di una palazzina con annesso giardino,recintata e con la possibiità di parcheggiare l'auto. il mare è a 2 minuti a piedi e con l'auto è possibile raggiungere in 30 minuti le spiagge più belle del salento. la nostra vacanza è stata fantastica anche grazie alla posizione dell'alloggio che consente una vacanza in completo relax ma non è troppo lontano dai luoghi della movida(gallipoli è a solo 10 minuti di macchina ed è collegata anche con autobus ). il proprietario è stato cordiale dalla prenotazione al rilascio dell' alloggio,reperibile ad ogni ora e giorno,infine è riuscito ad accontentare ogni nostra richiesta. CONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE L' ALLOGGIO.

Wir haben zu viert (2 Erw...
Wir haben zu viert (2 Erwachsene und zwei Kindern)in einer Wohnung im Erdgeschoß gewohnt (der Vermieter hat insgesamt 3 zu vermieten)und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus liegt sehr schön, umgeben von einem großen Garten, mit eigener Einfahrt, Parkplatz und abschließbarem Tor. Die Wohnung ist sehr schlicht aber zweckmäßig eingerichtet, hat eine schöne Terrasse mit toller Aussicht auf das Badeort und das Meer. Es ist total ruhig gewesen: wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. In ein paar Minuten zu Fuß ist man schon im Dorf und am Dorfstrand. Sehr praktisch für Familien mit Kindern (nur muss man mit kleinen Kindern aufpassen, weil etwa 100 Meter der Straße entlang kein richtiger Gehweg ist, was in diesen Dörfern üblich ist). Die Lage ist perfekt auch, um schöne Ausflüge zu unternehmen. Die Region ist sowieso sehr schön. Wir waren in der Nebensaison dort und der Preis der Wohnung war wirklich super. Der Vermieter ist ein junger, sehr freundlicher, unkonplizierter Architekt, der ab und zu auch in seiner Wohnung neben unserer gewohnt hat und stets gastfreundlich und entgegenkommend war, wenn wir Fragen oder Wünsche hatten. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen!
