Welcome to Beached Inn, a beautiful stand alone house with a large 12x24 PRIVATE POOL. The master suite on the first floor has a king bed, large closet and a huge bath with walk in tile shower. The second floor master has a king bed, front facing balcony and huge bath. The family suite on the second floor has a king bed, a queen bed and a bunk room off to the side. A large full bath and closet with a huge balcony overlooking the pool. The third floor studio has a day bed with trundle and a Queen Bed. It has a half bath and large front facing balcony with gulf view. There is even a wet bar in the studio.

All floors are hardwood and tile with an abundance of area rugs for that warm cozy feeling. The bathrooms are all large and spacious. The decor speaks for itself.

The kitchen should have about anything you will need to prepare your favorite recipes. The granite counter tops, and stainless appliances provide all the comforts of a fine home.

The laundry room is equipped with a nice new set of extra capacity washer and dryer. A half bath is available just off the kitchen.

The two King rooms and 3rd floor bedroom have TV's as well as the living room with free cable and high speed WiFi for your entertainment. The doors are set up with keyless locks to make it easy for the entire group to gain access at any time during your stay. No keys to pass around or lose. Convenient and safe.

Stayed in this property the past two years and it’s always a perfect experience. Great communication and clean property just minutes away from the beach. In fact you can see the ocean from the top floor balcony.

There are plenty of beds for multiple adults. The family room is great for families. We like that it had more real beds instead of multiple bunk beds. The only thing needed is more seating in the living room.

The location to the beach and main street was great. Great space for multiple family members, the kids had the 3rd floor to themselves. As others mentioned in previous comments there were issues with heating the pool. Speedy responses from the owner when contacted. Overall, house was great would stay here again.

Cleanest house we have stayed at in a while. It would be nice to have a wagon as it is across a major road to the beach, but the walk is truly not bad. Close awesome restaurant- outlaw bbq - good barbecue and great live music! Blender - no base Crockpot and coffee good Home owner super - very responsive!!

Had a great time while we stayed at your house in PCB! Check in and out was super fast and convenient. We had some trouble with the pool being heating but we were quickly refunded when we found out it wouldn’t work.

Very Nice House

The property was perfect for our group of 13. It was within 5 minutes walking to the beach and the area was not as crowded as the main parts of PCB. Owner communication was great. The pool was used by the kiddos daily. Overall a great trip for 7 days and we will be back again.

Christmas vacation

The house was beautiful and very open. Our party of 8 adults and four fit very comfortably in the house. The only complaint I have is everything is up way too high for a short person. The main bedroom bed is so comfortable but I needed help getting in the bed. Would stay there again.

Amazing!!

The house was so pretty and fit our group of 11 perfectly! The walk to the beach is about 6 mins I’d day and Pineapple Wille’s is only a 3 minute drive. Communication with the renter was amazing. They respond quickly and even came when we requested more towels. If we came down again, we definitely would want to stay here at this beach house!

Property is absolutely beautiful. The smoke detector was beeping and I had sent Mr.Bill a message about it and he came and took care of it. Such a awesome owner. He was super nice. Definitely would rent again. We had a great time and made lots of memories. God Bless.

Girls trip 2023 for my 50th

The property was just as we expected it to be from the listing. There was plenty of room for all of us to spread out. Nice, clean and relaxing after our long drive in from Illinois. Bill was wonderful to work with and we will be working with him again on future trips to Florida. Location from the beach within walking distance and the beach access wasn’t crowded. We had a small sewer issue but Bill was right on top of it. The heated pool was a nice plus to our trip. Added in our relaxing at the end of the day. Our group would like to give a great big thank you to Bill and his lovely wife for everything he did to make our trip as wonderful as possible. PS the beds are all super comfy as well. You will certainly enjoy this home.

Don’t count on the pool

Payed $350.00 extra to have the pool heat turned on. Went last week of April 2023 so it’s still cool. Had 3 kids under 3 and if it hadn’t been for a neighbor who helped us turn on the heater we wouldn’t have had it at all. The pool guy didn’t show up until the day before we left. Even after talking to the host the day we got there. But they gladly kept our $350.00 for a heated pool. Wouldn’t rent from them again. A lot smaller than it looks in the photos.

WHAT A JEWEL!

I'm really hesitant to write this review for fear that I am adding to my own difficulty in the future of this home being available... but Susan has earned the kudos. All paperwork was professionally handled with her personal style and she was so responsive to every email I sent, that is of most importance to me. The home was 100% renter-ready and all of the comforts of our own house were available. Clean, not just surface clean, but pass-the-wife test clean. Simple things like TV's, internet, blenders, coffee makers all worked as they should, owner thought of everything when stocking this house. And with the beds being so comfortable is was easy to get a restful night of sleep. If you leave a vacation rental with no stories related to the property, that is perfect. Everything went perfectly. No stories to tell, just memories of sand and sun and laughter...how it should be. Susan was a dream to work with and I can promise I will stay in this house again.

This is our second beach house. We enjoyed setting up and operating the Albacore House so much, we wanted to have more fun. Our goal is to provide a vacation home that will be as nice if not nicer than your own home. We purchased Beached Inn in 2014 and began setting it up to match the style and flavor of the Albacore House. That is the style we love and have found that so many others do as well. We hope you will enjoy it as much as we do. We are from Tennessee and hope to enhance your visit with good ole warm Southern Hospitality. Why they chose this property

We love the floor plan of Beached Inn. The master bedroom is on the main floor and exits onto the pool. The bathrooms are so big and lovely. The bedrooms on the upper two floors are huge and laid out well. We were able to set them up for maximum sleeping and keep them attractive at the same time.

What makes this property unique

The third floor Studio is a fun room. This room has a queen bed and a twin daybed. Kids can hang out up there and be out of sight out of mind, so to speak. There is a large television for them to enjoy. The Studio is equipped with a wet bar, as well.

The bunk room is private but handy for the parents.

The pool area is more spacious than most homes in the area.
