Why they chose this property
This is our second home that we frequent often. We absolutely love it being on the quiet end ( West end is the best end). We love being a quick 2 min stroll to the beach. And having quick access to everything PCB and 30A! Best of both worlds i'd say! Our beach access #77 is the quietest. Even in the middle of summer our beach may only have like 8 other families on it! Everyone gets direct water access, Can't beat it!
What makes this property unique
The Convenience to the beach, dining , shopping, and local adventures were a big factor in selecting our beach house! We fell in love with the open floor plan as we host friends and family often. The house has an ocean view at the third level loft area and has a great outdoor living area for gathering. We immediately purchased this home and renovated it to make it beautiful! Everyone will love the area of Panama City Beach in Laguna!
