The house is right next to the beach, property owner was very kind and easy to reach. We comfortably slept 12 people without having to double up in beds/use couches, and the kitchen was full with any and all cooking utensils/appliances. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay here.

We took a group of 12 college seniors to this property, and it was everything we hoped for and more. The location was great, and there were no problems with anyone in the nearby properties. The house itself easily fit all 12 of us and our things, and it had all the accommodations we needed. Nick was very communicative and always responded whenever we had a question or concern. Easy Walk to Beach

Nicely renovated and well-decorated. The kitchen was well-supplied with dishes, utensils, and equipment. We visited as 2 families with children of all ages and the house was comfortable for all 12 people. Location is quiet and an easy walk out to the beach access.
