MODERN, CLEAN BEACH HOUSE steps to the sand with AC, Bikes, Parking, Beach Gear

This downstairs unit of our renovated duplex comes with just about everything you need for your beach vacation! The upstairs unit is listed separately and you can rent one or both.

The unit has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is (1) parking spot in the carport/garage for this unit. If the upstairs unit is not rented you can take both spots.

We have air conditioning in every room and contrary to what some other listings say, you do need it in summer in Newport Beach. We also provide bicycles with bike locks and helmets. We have tons of beach gear (beach towels, surf boards, boogie boards, wetsuits galore, sand toys, beach chairs, umbrellas, pop up tents, etc..) Our kitchen has just about anything you need to cook a great meal for the family. We provide some basics like cooking oil, salt and pepper, starter coffee pods, etc...

The bedrooms are adorned with modern furniture and amenities. We provide quality bedding that we own and launder on site (not like other rentals that rent linens). We have TV's in every room, AC in every room, Ceiling fans in every room, mirrored closets in most of the bedrooms and closets for your stuff. We provide quality mattresses so you will sleep comfortably.

The bathrooms come with basics (blow dryer, soaps, shampoos, towels, etc..). This unit has a tub/shower in one bathroom and shower in the other bathroom. The patio at this unit has a bbq and bench to sit on and enjoy the ocean breeze. Washer and dryer for this unit is in the master bedroom and laundry soap is provided.

37th Street is a locals favorite. It is quieter than most streets and has less traffic. The curbs are red on our side of the street so no one will be parking in front of your house and loading and un-loading by your patio (it can be really annoying).

The boardwalk starts on 36th street and we are just a few steps away. It takes just a few minutes to get to the Newport Pier on 21st street. Or a few more miles to the Balboa Pier where you will find the Fun Zone and a little farther down you can visit the famous Wedge beach.

Just a quick walk across the street from the house is a little playground with jungle gym, shady grass area for picnics, and swings. There is also a great basketball court.

Take a morning stroll with your coffee just past the park to Newport Island and look at all of the beautiful water front beach cottages.

Parking in Newport can be difficult (mostly in summer and weekends) so you'll be happy to have a parking spot in the carport/garage (1 per unit possibly 2 spots if one of units is not rented).

Guest who books the house must be at least 28 years old and must be staying at the house (no booking for under age kids). Please do NOT make a reservation if you are coming to party.

We are a local family that loves the beach. We had been looking for a beach house for years and finally found the perfect one on our favorite street! We are a down to earth family and work really hard. It takes a lot of work to keep the house up to our standards, but we think it is worth it! We want our guests to come to Newport and go home with great memories!

This property is on one of the best beaches in the area, not too crowded, great surf, great sand, next to lifeguard station, majority owner-occupied street so its quieter and cleaner, walking distance to shopping, board walk, restaurants, parks, great coffee and more.

What makes this property unique

When you arrive at the house, you will find a charming and modern, super clean, fully renovated house with new and modern furniture and everything you need in the garage to enjoy the beach. We provide beach towels, bicycles, beach chairs, boogie boards, we have wagons for you to take everything to the beach (even though it's only 6 houses away). Parking can be very tough in the summer but you won't have to worry - you'll have at least 1 spot in the carport - 2 spots if no one is renting the other upstairs.
