Dear Guests,
Relax in your pool with salt water and natural chlorine. Antibacterial treatment with electrolysis, not chemical. Gentle on the face, maintains the tan, does not irritate the eyes and does not inflame the ear canal OF CHILDREN AND ADULTS.
SWEET HOME (Free Wi-Fi) is eco friendly, cool inside also when outside is hot: roofs and walls are very thermally insulated, there is AIR CONDITIONING but you won't need it. High pine trees makes the air very oxygenated and fresh. Pool salt water without adding chemicals. Situated in Balestrate, Palermo area, near splendid beaches and archaeological sites. It has a large (meters 12 x 6 meters) salt water pool and NATURAL CHLORINE (NON-CHEMICAL!), Is new and ideal for two adults and one baby that can sleep in a baby cot, total garden of 3500 sq. m. It has a large and comfortable bedroom with 1 double bed OR two single beds, 1 bathroom.
The villa is located in BALESTRATE, near PALERMO, in a splendid natural setting, surrounded by greenery, new construction and very quiet. Swimming pool with salt water and natural chlorine, ideal to swim without feeling eyes and skin irritation.
In all seasons you will have totally organic vegetables that you can collect by yourself. etc......In a few minutes you are on beaches with crystalline blue sea.

The following rules are given by the fact that the pool that you will be using has a special high technology system (Electrolysis System) producing NATURAL CHLORE straight from salt-water and constantly controlling the degree of water PH. By this, to put the system in conditions to produce the best quality water and to give you the opportunity to get the most pleasant swim, totally exempt by any irritation on eyes, lips and nose that only the Natural Chlorine can offer you, I kindly ask you to observe the following rules. Thank you.

1. PLEASE, BRING YOUR OWN TOWELS FOR THE BEACH AND POOL, NOT ALLOWED TO USE TOWELS SUPPLIED FOR THE APARTMENTS
2. PLEASE, WEAR YOUR POOL-CAP;

3. FOR BOYS/MEN, ONLY SWIMMING TRUNKS TO BE WORN IN THE POOL. LONG SHORTS (i.e. SURFER SHORTS) NOT PERMITTED.

our short holidays

the small summer house is located in the garden of bigger property and next to the beautiful swimming pool. This apartment is just right for a couple so my partner and I were very comfortable there. The property is located just 30 min drive from Palermo airport and this location is perfect to visit lots of interesting places. The beaches are between 10 and 45 min drive away depending where you fancy to go! Nice stay, good rest, I can recommend Antonio's place for your holidays

Excellent place to stay

We had a very pleasant stay with Antonio and Laura. They are very nice and helpfull hosts with a lot of practical tips. We received tomatoes and lemons from the garden and chicken/sausage from the barbecue with delicious wine. We got a free upgrade to the large apartment with a spacious terrace equipped with everything you need. There is a lovely swimming pool. The apartment is located in a quiet area. There is much to see and experience within a 45-minute drive. Palermo, Trappani, Segesta, and so on. Highly recommended!

A good option for visiting Northwest Sicily

We have just returned from a 3 weeks trip to Sicily. We spent 5 days at Antonio's property. We rented the small house for 2 but Antonio was very kind to offer us a larger apartment with more space and a wonderful terrace and views of the countryside. We have to admit that the little house is rather small and without a proper sitting room. The location is perfect to visit Sicily's northwest coast (Trapani/Erice) and Segesta. Close to the highway and the coast (Gulf of Castellammare) and shops in Alcamo. You have to try the beautiful road through Partinico to Monreale and Palermo. It was not a problem for us that the swimming pool was closed for 4 hours in the middle of the day and that Antonio has some rules for it's use. All in all a god stay at Villa Imperato.

For what concerns the living room, it is clearly specified in the announcement: "Living room: PATIO IN FRONT OF THE POOL ". Here is where my guests eat and stay, relaxing and enjoying the view of the garden and the pool, very pleasant and appreciated. I remember an English gentleman who came with his wife to stay in the larger apartment and loved this smaller one so as to reserve it immediately for the following summer. It is better to read the announcement before booking, this to avoid unjustified and incorrect complaints. The house is always appreciated by my guests and very suitable for a couple. Furthermore, if you wanted to book a larger apartment, you could pay it at the time of booking, better for both of us ... ; ) Thanks again and it was a great pleasure to host you.

Bonnes vacances en Sicile

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans la propriété d'Antonio, un hôte au petits soins de ses locataires. La piscine est exceptionnelle. La maison est bien située, à la campagne à 3,5kms de Balestrate, bien placée pour visiter l'Ouest et le Nord de la Sicile.

Bon séjour chez personne très accueillante

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Antonio. Le logement n'est pas très grand mais largement suffisant pour un couple. Belle petite terrasse donnant sur la piscine, avec barbecue. Piscine très agréable pour se détendre. Antonio est accueillant et sympathique, et reste toujours disponible pour ses hôtes. Et il est de très bons conseils pour indiquer les lieux à visiter.

L'horaire de la piscine d'eau salé et clore naturel est dû à une raison technique: 4 heures sans baignants pour faire la désinfection totale de ses 120.000 litres deau. Une petite renounce de h. 1 à h. 5 d'apres midi pour avoir une eau parfaite, transparent et brillant sans chimique et très douce pour ta peau, yeux, nez, etc... Un petit Éden en Sicile

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans un très jolie appartement juste à coté d’une belle piscine au milieu d’un jolie jardin. Notre petite maison disposait de tout le nécéssaire pour passer de bonnes vacances. La maison est située à 2 km d’une petite ville balnéaire sicilienne fréquentée certe par quelques touristes mais surtout par des italiens ce qui pour nous est un avantage car l’authenticité est là Maintenant nous tenons particulièrement à remercier Antonio pour son sens de lhospitalité sa disponibilité sa générosité Une personne instruite avec qui il est plus qu’agreable d’échanger Encore une fois Antonio merci pour tout

Wohnung mit schönem Pool

Der Vermieter ist freundlich und kümmert sich sehr intensiv um seine Gäste. Er gab gute Tipps zum Besuch von Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die 2-Zimmer-Wohnung in dem großen Villenanwesen mit schönem Garten, die wir bewohnt haben, ist sehr einfach ausgestattet, alles nötige ist für 2 Personen vorhanden. Das Mobiliar ist schon älter, die Größe der Wohnung ist ganz sicher nicht 50 qm, sondern weniger. Vielleicht sind es 50 qm, wenn man die überdachte Terrasse komplett mit einbezieht. Die Matratzen waren sehr bequem, das Daunenbett allerdings nicht bezogen. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, gut geeignet, wenn man Palermo oder auch die Nordwestecke der Insel besuchen will. Das beste an diesem Domizil ist der große, sehr saubere Pool, der allerdings bei unserem Aufenthalt teilweise wegen schlechtem Wetter geschlossen war. E.W.

Thank you Elvira and Thomas for your kind words on my property, garden and pool. However, I don’t agree with you about what you have written on the square meters of the apartment. The size is exactly 50 square meters, as indicated in the announcement and DOESN’T include the covered terrace of 6 sqm. They had to complain it immediately and, at instant I would have given an upgrade consisting in a larger apartment for free. I make alway my best to make my guests happy; i am happy ONLY if their stay is the happiest. The furnitures are not old, since everything has been bought only four years ago, are in the Mediterranean style and are exactly what the pictures represent. I have never received this kind of complaints from other guests. I am very surprised!!! I am also surprised that Elvira and Thomas did not write that I have been waiting for them until they arrived at night, neither they thanked me for it. They have indeed arrived at 11.30 p.m. instead of 09,30 p.m., it means 2 hours later than they had to. Elvira has in fact not followed my very clear instructions and left the highway 18 km. before the correct way out, that is distant only 1500 meters (2 minutes) from my home ! I am also disappointed because they have not mentioned the dinner at the restaurant that I have offered to them, with the spirit of hospitality that I reserve my guests Concerning the pool, when they arrived it was covered/close because of rainy weather but, instantaneously as soon as the sun came back, I have opened the swimming pool exclusively for them.

Une très bonne adresse. Je vous conseille la villa d'Antonio si vous voulez passer d'agréables vacances en Sicile. Bien située à 5mn des plages et de la petite ville de Balestrate mais aussi des sites archéologiques. En plus de la situation idéale, Antonio sait recevoir ses hôtes. Il est toujours disponible et de bons conseils. Ses tomates et ses citrons sont délicieux. La piscine est superbe. Merci encore pour cette soirée sicilienne au restaurant. Our dream location

Me and my partner stayed here for a short trip in Sicily. We loved the place, it's not only our perfect villa for a holiday, but we dream to have a house like this. Cozy, with beautiful trees around and a pool in front of us. It's an ideal location, no matter what season you choose. We came in February, but we had good weather and we found a splendid Sicily, with flowered fields and a blue, clear sea.

The result is a pool water that you have never seen and enjoyed: perfectly clean and transparent, brilliant, soft on you skin. My biggest satisfaction is to hear by my many guests that they have never found a pool water like that and also some of them that own a pool salt water ask me to reveal them my secrets to get this fantastic water !

By this, to put the system in conditions to produce the best quality water and to give you the opportunity to get the most pleasant swim, totally exempt by any irritation on eyes, lips and nose that only the Natural Chlorine can offer you, I kindly ask you to observe the following rules. Thank you.
1. PLEASE, BRING YOUR OWN TOWELS FOR THE BEACH AND POOL, NOT ALLOWED TO USE TOWELS SUPPLIED FOR THE APARTMENTS
2. PLEASE, WEAR YOUR POOL-CAP; FOR BOYS/MEN, ONLY SWIMMING TRUNKS TO BE WORN IN THE POOL. LONG SHORTS (i.e. SURFER SHORTS) NOT PERMITTED.
3. NOT ADMITTED TO USE BALLS AND OTHER THINGS TO PLAY INTO THE POOL
4 PLEASE, DON’T SPLASH WATER OUT THE POOL. ALWAYS WEAR FLIP FLOPS/SANDALS FOR WALKING IN THE SUNBATHING AREA AND NEVER WALK BAREFOOT AROUND THE POOL AREA, ESPECIALLY BEFORE ENTERING INTO THE POOL AND AFTER SHOWERING
5. PLEASE, DO NOT ENTER THE POOL WHEN THE ROBOT CLEANER IS IN USE.
THE POOL IS OPEN FROM 9 A.M. TO 1,00 P.M. AND FROM 5,00 P.M TO 8,00 P.M.
