About this property

Located in the heart of the Vosges mountains, 820 m above sea level, I am a spacious cottage of 170 m2 with 5 bedrooms for up to 12 people.


In a natural setting, surrounded by forest, I am located 3 minutes from Lake Longemer and 10 minutes from Gerardmer (trade, lake) and ski resorts.

Fully equipped, I am composed of an integrated kitchen (hob, dishwasher, oven and fridge) and appliances (coffee maker, toaster, kettle).
I also offer a raclette, fondue, plancha, washing machine and dryer.
So that your stay is a pure moment of pleasure I am equipped with a pool table, an outdoor jacuzzi and a spa area with sauna and jetted tub.
For a total relaxation I was provided a massage room with service provider by appointment.
I also thought of the children and put at your disposal beds with umbrella mattress, bath, changing mat, pot and booster table.

We zijn pas 3 dagen terug van onze reis, en elk van ons gezin mist le Surceneux zóveel keer per dag… -het thuisgevoel en de stilte: overal uitnodiging tot rust-de sprookjesachtig groene natuur, glooiende rotsomgeving, vlakbij Gérardmer (7km)-het wandelen, MTB, koersfietsen vanuit de eigen deur-de Gite biedt overvloedig ruimte en luxe entertainment voor elk (overdekt houten terras, pooltafel, darts, sauna, bbq, hot tub, spelletjeskast, flatscreens, snelle wifi)-de keuken heeft alle denkbare voorzieningen, zelfs wasmachine-de eigenaars zijn hartelijk en zorgzaam -onverwacht extra hoogtepunt: de heerlijk vrolijke hond, super beleefd!Duizendendmaal dank aan Julie&Arnaud, Zoë&Pepsie en hopelijk tot weerziensGenegen groeten,Monika&MarcElias&Léon

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und es war alles da, was wir brauchten. Die Vermieter waren super nett und hilfsbereit, und haben jemanden von uns mit Autoproblemen sogar zur Werkstatt gefahren. Ein großes Dankeschön nochmal dafür! Die Kommunikation hat trotz gebrochenem Französisch unsererseits mit DeepL gut funktioniert. Das Internet hat funktioniert und die Küche war groß und recht neu. Was für einige interessant sein könnte, ist, dass der Whirlpool vor kurzem aus dem Schutz der Veranda mitten auf die Wiese verlegt wurde. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön und die Lage top. Allerdings fanden wir es nicht gut das nur eine Toilette funktioniert hat. Für 8 Personen ist das schwierig. Wir hatten schließlich auch für 2 Toiletten bezahlt. Eigentlich wäre eine kleine nrückerstattung von Seiten des Gastgebers mehr als angebracht!

Très bon séjour au cœur des Vosges dans un agréable gîte très bien équipé et très bien agencé pour 12 personnes. Environnement très calme. Même avec une météo capricieuse, notre séjour s'est très bien passé. Le logement est bien agencé et suffisamment grand pour que chacun y trouve sa place, les espaces communs permettent de se retrouver tous ensemble sans se marcher sur les pieds. Location très bien située, au calme. Nous avons apprécié la place dans le logement et les aménagements. Tout est pensé et pratique. Lits bébé, chaise enfant. Il manquerait juste une barrière enfant en haut des escaliers de l étage et de la terrasse. Les enfants ont adoré la balançoire et le trampoline ! Merci encore, nous reviendrons !!

Gîte parfait

Si vous choisissez ce Gîte, vous n'aurez plus envie de partir! Nous étions un groupe d'amis de trentenaires avec un chien. Nous avons été agréablement surpris par la taille du lieu, le confort et la bonne répartition des communs pour se réunir (grande Mezzanine avec jeux, canapés et billard et au RDC grande table pour se réunir avec cuisine bien équipée) Nous avons profité du beau temps sur la terrasse, apéro, grillades au Barbecue, puis dès que la nuit est tombée nous avons pu nous réchauffer dans le jacuzzi et le sauna. Tout était installé lors de notre arrivée, c'était très agréable. Pas de vis à vis sur la terrasse, on se sentait bien en toute intimité. Merci à Julie et son mari pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse, discrèts et très disponibles à la fois, nous n'avons manqué de rien. Le lac de Longemer n'est pas loin, on peut y accéder à pieds ou en voiture et ca fait une belle ballade. Nous recommandons et reviendrons sans hésiter. Top qualité / prix
