Great family holiday house

Lovely holiday cottage in a nice location. The house has lots of space and everything you need. The kids loved the pool and garden. Would definitely like to return for another stay

Lovely Place with an Amazing Restaurant Very Close

Beautiful property. Large rooms with high ceilings, which helped in the heat of summer. Pool is perfect for smaller children to swim and for adults to cool off in.Kitchen has all you need and more for a big family. Would suggest some new outside loungers but other than that it was perfect

Beautiful Property

We had a very relaxing stay in this stunning Gîte. The house with its private walled garden is just stunning, we were able to relax in comfort and the location is easy to explore that region of France. The Host is very helpful and friendly and made the stay all the better with ease of communication.

Great stay in Normandie

We had a wonderful time there. Easy access to lots of things. Top two were Lyons-La-Fôret and the arboretum within a few minutes drive. Large play area out back with some swings. House has everything our family with little kids needed. Thanks for the great stay!

Lovely stay in Normandy

Lovely stay in Normandy. Very beautiful house. Well equipped. Friendly hosts. Just a warning that owner has access to garden from a side gate which happens every day to check clean pool without warning which is a bit strange if you’re in the garden. They do leave immediately if they hear you but would be better if you were warned in advance.

Break in the countryside

Lovely place to stay. Everthing is just perfect. Very warm welcome - you feel right at home straight away. And you won't get any complaints from your pets either as there's a great big beautiful secure garden for romps and sprints. Very much looking forward to going back again next year.

Excellent stay in beautiful farmhouse - garden is amazing

We had an excellent week in Morgny. We spent three days locally and then enjoyed three days travelling into Paris for the Olympics (a fair drive, but manageable as a long day trip). We were two families with four children between us (6-8 years old) and found little villages to explore locally, before afternoons relaxing in the beautiful garden. The host was exceptionally helpful and respected our privacy, whilst also being on hand to answer our questions. A brilliant stay - thank you!

A wonderfully relaxing holiday

Two families stayed here for 2 weeks and had a wonderful time. Our children enjoyed having so much space and the pool was very popular - even when it was raining! From this location we were able to have several great day trips and found it very easy to get the train to Paris. The house is beautiful and very well maintained. The owner, Anne-Laure, was very kind and supportive. We were made to feel very welcome! Highly recommended!

We had a lovely stay at Morgny. The heated pool was a nice touch and the views were fantastic. There is not much to do locally but you are very close to Lyons la Floret which is a nice town with good restaurants. The house is nice but the beds were quite uncomfortable and we paid additionally for the towels which we were expecting to be slightly better quality for the price. Otherwise a lovely stay

Just perfect

3 generations and our little dogs had a wonderful week here. The house was beyond expectations: the photos do not show how beautiful it is. Our host greeted us on arrival, along with some delicious little treats! Communication throughout was excellent - the best we have ever experienced over the years of staying in France. The countryside around Morgny was beautiful, the goods from the village boulangerie, delicious. We’ve had a brilliant time, so much so we have booked to stay again next year. We have stayed in a number of properties in Normandy, but this house and host surpasses them all. Looking forward to next summer.

Wonderful property

Communication was great and check in was easy and straightforward. The house and grounds are wonderful. The living room was a great family room, the dining room was very accommodating for our family of eight and the kitchen had everything needed to prepare a family meal. Having a bathroom downstairs and upstairs came in handy, especially with there being so many of us and having a three year. The bedrooms were a good size and quite comfortable. The only thing I would suggest is that the wardrobe in the upstairs double bedroom is replaced as it is musty, so for us unusable. The location was ideal for us. During our time there we travelled to Paris, Disneyland, Amiens, Rouen and Pierrefonds. I would highly recommend staying at this property. Thank you

Nous avions testé cette maison en octobre 2024 en vue du mariage prévu à 12 km de cette maison. Nous voulions savoir si nous pouvions laisser nos chiens sans aucun risque de fugue ou autre. Comme c'était parfait, nous sommes revenus 4 jours en toute confiance et c'était l'idéal ! Maison très confortable et jardins clos très agréables (un devant, un derrière) au centre du village. Je recommande à 1000% !

Beau gîte au calme dans une très belle région. Merci pour l'accueil et la disponibilité. Hébergement très spacieux, très propre et très bien équipé. Petit plus, la piscine chauffée dont nous avons pu profiter vu la météo. Je recommande vivement. Seul petit bémol, le village est très petit et ne dispose pas de beaucoup de commerces. Une voiture est donc indispensable pour profiter pleinement de cette jolie maison. Merci pour tout à Marie-Christine qui nous a accueillis.

Heerlijk ruim en gezellig huis. We waren met 2 gezinnen en 2 honden en zaten elkaar totaal niet in de weg. Volledig omheinde tuin dus perfect voor vakantie met honden. Zeer vriendelijke gastvrouw en eigenares.
