OCEANVIEW STUDIO WITH LAP POOL

This beautiful ocean view solar studio with new 35' lap pool and swim up bar, is located in the guarded & gated community of Laguna Hills, just 6 miles east of downtown San Jose Del Cabo, and only 3 miles to Flora Farm. This is a very safe and secure neighborhood. And a short walk down to the beach, you’ll find Buzzards Bar & Grill where Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner are served. Brunch only on Sunday.

There is a new restaurant, Vera-Neo’s which is also on the beach serving breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as live music on Monday nights. From November to March, you can enjoy the sights and sounds of the migrating humpback and grey whales as they pass by.

Swimming is very safe during the winter months on our beach, and in the spring, surfing is just up the east cape road along with several new restaurants, Zai Sushi, The Shade, Lateral Tacos, and a couple others.

In addition to the studio, there is another unit that can be rented on the property which also sleeps just 2 adults. Ask about having the whole place to yourselves as that can be arranged for a discount.
