Exclusive villa located in the Tuscan countryside, built using green building technology and high-quality wooden materials.
Strategic location central to Tuscany and close to all essential services without giving up the tranquillity of the countryside.
The villa can accommodate up to 9 people in 3+(1) bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with a large fenced garden at your disposal.
The unique black salt-water swimming pool makes the water in which you immerse yourself a unique emerald green. Its dimensions of 4 x 8 m and a depth of 1.20 m make it perfect for families with children.
You will also be pampered after a swim in the pool by the Jacuzzi with heated water and at the end of your day, relax in the hot shower outside.
The villa has private indoor parking and a corner equipped with a wood-burning oven, BBQ and table for your outdoor dinners.
Outside the villa you can also enjoy a large garden with a five-a-side football pitch and swings or simply take a walk or exercise.
You will also find bicycles in free use to get around or to go for a coffee or ice cream in the pretty centre of Spianate.

We are a couple with three children who decided to try our private home for testing and transform it into a vacation home in 2012, doing important restoration work and making the outdoor park with private pool.
To date, the results were exceptional and rewarding and take care of the guests we welcome in our facility.
It is a continuous test and personal satisfaction with the thanks received and many of them returning a second time even from a very far distance.
That's why we decided to create a second exclusive villa that will start with the receptivity for the 2018 season.
So the greatest thanks goes to our guests and the trust they give us.
