The apartment of 135m2 and 38m2 of terraces, has sea views from all the rooms. Equipped with 4 bedrooms, 2 with terrace. From the bed you can enjoy the view over the port of Palamos. The first room has a new double bed of 1.50 x 1.90, the second room has a new double bed of 1.40 x 1.90 and the third and fourth have two single beds of 0.90 x 1.90.

Bel appartement face à la mer

Environnement très joli, belle vue, grande plage agréable. A proximité : restaurants, boutiques, supermarchés, parc de loisirs pour enfants. Platja d’Aro est un lieu agréable pour séjourner en famille.

- intérieur vieillot, mal nettoyé ( malgré la facturation du nettoyage à chaque client) , mal entretenu, pas du tout luxueux , ne justifie pas le prix demandé - Extrêmes difficultés d’avoir des infos auprès du Propriétaire qui ne répondait pas aux messages - saleté des coussins de chaises , coussins chaises de terrasse moisis , nappes tachées , baignoires tachées , cheveux dans les écoulements , chaîne hi-fi délabrée inopérante - Malgré les réponses des propriétaires aux avis précédents je confirme que pour 8 personnes la vaisselle n’est pas adaptée - Des fortes coulées d’eau sont apparues à l’intérieur en bas des porte-fenêtres lors des fortes pluies - Adresse à éviter à tout prix

Super sejour

L’appartement est idéalement situé , les pieds dans l’eau et en bout de promenade donc plutôt calme. Même si les salles de bain sont un peu vieillottes le tout est très propre et très agréable.
