About this property

Ocean House #2206 is a west corner gulf-front 3 bedroom 3 bath condominium located on the 2nd floor in building II overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The unit is approximately 1300 sq ft with views of the gulf from the living room and gulf-side master bedroom. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with washer and dryer. There are 3 full baths with either a tub/shower combo or stand-alone shower. The gulf-side master bathroom is accessed via the bedroom and hallway. The street-side master has an en suite bathroom with a garden tub; no shower, and the middle bedroom has an attached bathroom with stand-up shower.

Ocean House I and II are 9 story buildings with 6 units per floor located 1 mile West of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores. Ocean House has a large seasonal zero-entry outdoor pool and small kiddie pool. The property also has a grilling area that services both buildings I and II. Minimum age required: 23 Sleeps 8.

Parking passes are purchased on-site at Ocean House at guard house or office located in building I - CASH ONLY. There is a maximum of 2 parking passes per unit and cost is set by the association and is subject to change at any time without notice.

STAY AND PLAY

This rental comes with our 'Stay and Play Package', which includes complimentary tickets to the best area activities including; golfing, deep sea fishing, dolphin/nature cruise, amusement park, zoo and movie rentals. Each rental comes with our "Stay and Play package." Some restrictions apply.

*The 'Stay and Play Package' begins on the scheduled date of arrival and is not available on day of departure. Services are non-cumulative and non-transferable. All services are subject to change, subject to availability, and weather permissible. The 'Stay and Play Package' does not apply to monthly rentals.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 3 bed/3 bath end unit condo perfect for our family. Views are great of beach and pool. Only problem was old, uncomfortable mattresses in all 3 bedrooms. Working with Gulf Shores Rentals is always a pleasure. We will certainly stay with them again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The only problem we had was that the guy with the beach chair rental would try to take the whole beach front. The people that brought their own chairs and umbrellas would have to be behind them. We had have to get our chairs and umbrellas set up before 6 every morning if we wanted in the front. There needs to be some compromising !!!

Great vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was great. The ocean house is a great Family experience right in the middle of Gulf Shores. This unit IMO is the best there is. It sits on the pool and has an awesome view of the beach. Plenty of room and very well located for going up and down. Great set up on the beach. I would recommend renting the Umbrella and chairs at the beach.
