Erholsame Tage in abwechslungsreicher Umgebung

Wir(einschließlich Hund)wurden sehr freundlich von Frau Segard empfangen und bekamen gleich eine Hausführung mit Anweisungen.Danach konnte der Urlaub beginnen.Zum Haus:Lage und Aussicht ist Top.Gartenfläche als Hundfreilauf ideal.Ansonsten nicht nutzbar, da ungepflegt,rostige Grillgestelle...keine Gartenmöbel.Dafür Balkon/Terrasse das Sommerhighligt.Holzmöbel bräuchten eine Auffrischung.Buntes Sammelsurium an Auflagen.Die 3 Schlafzimmer sind zweckmässig,leider sind die Türen nicht abschliesbar.Das Bad,ein Träumchen.Das Wohn/Esszimmer ..viele Privates Dekor,Couch ..schon 2020 gab es die Empfehlung für den Austausch.Zur Küche: es findet sich Inventar von 3 Generationen in den Schränken u Schubladen, der Geruch erinnert mich liebevoll an meine Oma.Das grosszügig aussortiert, dann hat auch der Kühlschrank Platz in der Küche.Die Abrechnung der Nebenkosten bei Abreise,mit Termin vor Ort ,empfinde ich als unpassend. Lieber beim Mietpreis, genau so wie die Endreingung und das WLAN beim Gesamtpreis includieren. Für das alles gab es 1 stern Abzug, in der Hoffnung, das die Vorschläge zur Verbesserung dienen. Nette Vermieter, ein "normales" Haus mit Meerblick, und Ruhe, ein Grund für uns wieder zu kommen

Maison charmante près de la plage

On a passé un très bon séjour à Équihen-Plage. La maison est assez grande pour 6 personnes. (Nous étions 4 adultes et 3 chiens.) La cuisine est bien équipée et il ne nous manquait rien. Il y a aussi un jardin assez grand et une grande salle de bains avec une douche et une baignoire. Seul petite chose, pour l’eau chaude il y a un ballon de 200 litres et ça c’est un peu juste pour 4 personnes qui prennent une douche après la plage. Mais la maison est superbe et tout près de la plage.

Ruim huis voor verblijf van 4 volwassenen, vanwege de 3 slaapkamers, grote badkamer, zitkamer en keuken. Buitenterras met zicht op de zee was een pre gezien het zomerse weer. WiFi ontvangst zeer goed. Overleg met de eigenaars verliep soepel via internet. Achteraf werden nog kosten voor gas/water/electriciteit, WiFi en schoonmaak in rekening gebracht. Tot een paar dagen voor aankomst was het ons onbekend dat we handdoeken moesten meenemen en ook de aanbeveling voor beddegoed.

Erholsame Tage am Meer

Schönes Haus mit sehr guter Ausstattung.Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Einfache Schlüsselübergabe. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, das beste was wir beisher hatten. Heizung funktioniert auch prima. Absolut ruhig gelegen. Auch innen sehr gemütlich, wenn das Wetter mal nicht so mitspielt. Toller Strand. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Lebensmittel im Ort. Insbesondere die Bäckerei. Restaurant La Brise um die Ecke ist auch sehr empfehlenswert. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Leuk en oud huisje die alle comfort biedt die je moet hebben. Tuin is volledig omheind zodat de honden niet wegkunnen en rustig kunnen ravotten. Heel rustige buurt en ondanks de mindere weersvoorspelling hebben we beter weer gekregen dan voorspelt. De buurt is ideaal voor wandelaars en strand is op wandelafstand en zelfs met de wagen te bereiken waar grote parking aanwezig is. Ideale buurt wie rust en natuur wilt.

Tolles Haus, sehr nette Vermieter

Wunderschönes, super sauberes Haus. Die Badewanne ist an kalten Tagen ein echtes Highlight. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse, abends bei Sonnenuntergang war toll! Unser Hund hat den Garten und die Nähe zum Meer, einfach nur die Strasse runter, sehr genossen. Wir werden wiederkommen!

Wir waren mit 6 Personen in dem schönen Ferienhaus. Es hat uns dort sehr gut gefallen. Alles was man benötigt ist vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und seinem Schwiegersohn vor Ort, war ebenfalls hervorragend. Vielen Dank dass wir in dem Haus Urlaub machen konnten. Wir vergeben eine klare Weiterempfehlung 👍

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in diesem liebevoll eingerichteten Haus sehr genossen. Der Eigentümer ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich, das Haus komplett eingerichtet mit allem was gebraucht wird - und manches ist sogar mehrfach vorhanden. Die fantastische Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Meer und die große Terrasse sowie der Garten haben ausgezeichnet zu unserer Erholung beigetragen.

Liebevolles Kleinod an der Opalküste

Das Haus ist ein kleines Reihenaus aus den 60er(?). Die Einrichtung ist zwar schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sehr liebevoll eingerichtet! Kein Ferienhausstil, eher Zuhause! In Erdgeschoss ist eine Terrasse mit einer grandiosen Aussicht, nur getopt von dem Blick aus dem einen der 3 Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss. Die Vermieter sind sehr sehr freundlich und bemüht und bei Problemen sofort zur Stelle! Ein sehr stylischer Ofen im Wohnzimmer liefert an kalten Tagen gute Wärme! Alles in allem ein wirklich tolles Haus zu einem wirklich akzeptablen Preis!

Sehr schönes Haus in unmittelbarer Strandlage

Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war sehr freundlich und Fragen wurden immer sehr schnell beantwortet. Die Abwicklung und der Check in verlief sehr unkompliziert. Das Haus an sich war sehr sauber und für uns perfekt ausgestattet. Vom Balkon kann man im Sommer die Tage ausklingen lassen und auf das Meer blicken. Der Garten war ausreichend groß, sodass es unserem Hund auch gut gefallen hat. Die drei großen Schlafräume im Obergeschoss neben den geräumigen Bad waren ebenfalls sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben absolut nichts vermisst. Das Wohnzimmer hat ausreichend Platz geboten mit 2 gemütlichen Couches und einem großen Smart-TV. Alles in allem war es ein sehr gelungener Urlaub über Weihnachten und Neujahr. Vielen Dank für diesen netten Aufenthalt
