'Waterfront' - 2 separate houses (Ideal 2 families) - calm and comfort

Warm and comfortable, our two villas, fully renovated, enjoys a privileged location, quiet, in a raised and enclosed garden.

They have private access to the small beach of the Port of Niel and terraces where you can admire the stunning sea views and enjoy relaxing moments from sunrise to sunset.

Accommodating up to 12 people (6 beds per house), each with its own equipment, they can be rented separately (rent geared-based).

We offer no extra final cleaning ...
The bed linen rental service or toilet is optional and not included in our rates, as well as renting a boat (cf. Photo)

You simply make an appointment for the keys that will suit you the day and time of your arrival, to the extent possible, to avoid periods of major departures and save valuable time for rest ...

Vue sublime, maison très agréable et fonctionnelle au pied du port du Niel. Conforme en tous points à la description. Hôte très accueillant et disponible, séjour fantastique, je recommande.

Situation exceptionnelle, sur le port, très calme. Maison très bien équipée. Parfait avec des jeunes enfants !

superbe !!!

Superbes maisons neuves - excellentes infrastructures et un horizon de reve sur la mer. La terrasse et le jardin permettent de profiter pleinement de la vue et aux enfants de jouer en toute securite. C etait juste parfait!!!! Un tout grand merci de nous avoir permis de sejourner chez vous! Vraiment excellent!!!

Ich feierte 10 Tage lang meinen 60. Geburtstag in den beiden äußerst charmanten Ferienhäusern. Perfekt!

Pour les amoureux de la mer

Super séjour au port du Niel. La location est très fonctionnelle et comfortable. On peut profiter de la jolie terrasse pour les repas et les aperitifs et jouir de la vue exceptionnelle sur le port et la mer. Un accueil très chaleureux. Accès direct a la petite plage, deux bons restaurants sur place. Et surtout possibilité de louer des bateaux pour explorer les iles et la cote. C'est un lieu magique.

Quelques jours au paradis

Un emplacement de rêve, sur la plage au fond du port du Niel, avec un petit accès privatif, une vue magnifique sur Porquerolles, 2 jolies maisons décorées avec goût, équipement pléthorique et de qualité, un accueil chaleureux, à cinq minutes des spots de kitesurf (si il y a du vent…! Sinon possibilité de louer un bateau devant les maisons) Juste envie d'y retourner. Ou de faire une offre d'achat !

Un petit coin de paradis!

Les deux maisons sont très fonctionnelles et décorées avec beaucoup gout. Le fait que chaque chambre ait sa salle de bain est un énorme avantage. La terrasse ombragée est très agréable et la vue est magique! Des bateaux avec ou sans permis, des canoës et des paddles sont disponibles sur la plage sous la maison! Des vacances inoubliables!

Nous avons passé une supe...

Nous avons passé une super semaine dans vos maisons si accueillantes. Tres beau jardin, bien planté, fleuri, et entretenu. On se trouve si bien , au frais sur la terrasse, face à la mer et loin de l'agitation de la côte, que l' on a plus envie de partir.
