Charm and Comfort by the Sea

Ideally located in a quiet, upscale residential setting, between Les Rotes and the Marina. A lovely duplex, at a 3 minute walk from La Marineta Cassiana Beach in Denia, Alicante, Spain. Within walking distance to stores, restaurants, and downtown Denia. The front garden is private and leads to the main entrance through an open porch. Enjoy outdoor dining in the back patio that opens up to the community lawn and swimming pool. Newly renovated kitchen includes microwave oven, all basic cooking utensils, small appliances and washing machine. The master bedroom has a brand new queen-size bed, the second bedroom is furnished with two new twin size beds, and the third bedroom has one trundle bed that opens into two single beds. Exercise equipment in fitness park two blocks from the house, as well as walking/biking path by the sea. Hiking trails in the Natural Park of Montgó are just a 5 min. car ride behind the house. Fishing, snorkeling, kayaking, sailing, boat trips, and other water sports easlily accessible. Ideal vacation spot for couples and families with 2-3 children.

Nearby is an nearby 50 year old ugly skysrapper with repairing noise. Fine old house. Well furnished. No wlan in funktion 6 towels for two weeks. The pool was unkempt Disquite requests neither the landlord or faclily sevice answered.

Tout est conforme à la description et aux photos. La maison est vraiment charmante, nous nous y sommes senti très bien. La plage est toute proche. Le centre ville pas trop loin. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

très jolie maison au calme avec beau jardin

nous avons passé des vacances très agréable, le jardin est magnifique, la piscine est proche de la maison et super quartier. le centre ville est proche et accessible par le bord de mer à pied. le seul hic la plage est pas super car beaucoup de vase, nous avons préféré prendre la voiture pour aller plage les marinas à 5 mn en voiture.

Je recommande cette maison très bien équipée, fraîche naturellement où on se sent bien. Une climatisation efficace et le + : internet. Très proche de la plage et des criques, à 15 minutes à pieds du centre ville. Jardin et piscine agréables et bien entretenus. Petit mot d'accueil des propriétaires appréciable, interlocuteur sur place disponible et sympathique. Je conseille 3 resto sur Dénia : Casa Frédérico, Le San Marino et Sendra.

I am originally from Madrid, but reside most of the year in the United States, where I have been working as a professor of Spanish. I am world traveler, nature lover, hiker and avid gardener. I am married and have a large family: five children and seven grand kids.

Why they chose this property

My husband and I were looking for a place near the sea, where we could enjoy the sun and warmth in winter, away from the dark and cold winter months in the Northeast of the United States. We feel this house was a fortunate find that includes all we were looking for plus a lot more. Even though the house is located in a residential setting away from the center of town, everything is within walking distance: the grocery store, the bank, the market, the bars and, of course, the beach! Denia is a charming city with much to offer in terms of recreation, shopping, restaurants, and culture.

What makes this property unique

The house is spacious, and comfortable. The bright, well equipped kitchen is a pleasure to work in. We love to eat outdoors everyday, breakfast in the back patio, lunch in the front veranda... The lovely 3 Km. plus sea promenade, a couple of blocks from the house, is part of our daily walking/biking routine.
