Very quiet apartment in a residence block in the wild nature of Sardegna (you can sometimes see fawns near the house). The apartment is nicely furnished, full of light and fresh. You can see lovely sunsets from the terrace that overlooks the sea. The terrace of 12 sqmt is also used to eat and sunbathe.
Please note that at the time of booking, €2 per person per day will be automatically added for tourist tax (children under 12 years of age are exempt).

A perfect place to stay

A beautiful experience in Portu Maga, we loved the place, the sea sound from the terrace and the view. Serenella was very very kind and the house was very well equipped. It could be nice to have a better supermarket nearby, but it was not such a problem to reach Arbus or Guspini. I suggest Piscinas and Pistis for the beach and Marceddi' for aperitivo. Thank you! Wir haben die Zeit an der Costa Verde in Portu Maga sehr genossen. Wer Ruhe ohne Trubel und Entertainment sucht ist hier richtig. Das Apartment hat Charme und der Ausblick von der Terrasse auf das Meer ist einfach herrlich. Francesca kommuniziert nett und ist bei Wünschen unkompliziert und entgegenkommend. L' appartamento è in ottime condizioni, ben curato, il punto forte è la vista panoramica (tramonti fantastici) che solo dal posto ci si può rendere conto di come sia bella,oltre a questo c'è un bel silenzio e tanto verde tutto in giro,pochi minuti dalla spiaggia, ideale per chi come noi possiede un cane.Veramente soddisfatti.

Es ist in der Vorsaison einsam. Aber dies wollte ich. Man ist umgeben von einer unglaublichen Natur. Strand direkt vor der Tür, 180 Grad Meerblick vom Balkon, gemütlich eingerichtetes Apartment, Berge, Lagunen, kurvige Straßen… ungezähmte Natur. Traumhaft. Einkaufen und tanken sind 18 km weiter weg - Guspini. Das muss man wissen. Tank voll, Lebensmittel kaufen und ab. Danke Francesca!!! 😍😘

Una vacanza a colori: verde natura, azzurro mare e arancio tramonti

L’alloggio di Francesca è molto bello: spazioso e attrezzato. La mancanza dell'aria condizionata è compensata dalla presenza del vento (o almeno così è stato durante il nostro soggiorno) e di alcuni ventilatori. Dal terrazzo si gode di una vista meravigliosa. Se non ci si accontenta dei servizi presenti a Portu Maga (1 ristorante, 1 minimarket e 1 pizzeria da asporto), la posizione del villaggio obbliga ad almeno 20 minuti di auto per trovare un centro abitato con maggiori servizi: un piccolo prezzo da pagare per vivere una Sardegna poco convenzionale. Nelle vicinanze ci sono diverse spiagge (non attrezzate) raggiungibili in auto belle e non affollate anche la prima settimana di agosto. Siamo stati accolti dalla signora Serenella che ringraziamo per la gentilezza e la disponibilità. Nel complesso valutiamo molto positivamente il nostro soggiorno a Portu Maga.

L'appartement est très agréable, le gros plus est la magnifique terrasse avec une vue sur la mer. L'appartement est propre et bien équipé. Le seul petit bémol est le fait de ne pas pouvoir accéder en voiture jusqu'à l'appartement. Nous recommandons l'appartement de Franseca

Sehr schön, gute Aussicht, gute Ausstattung

Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal hier. Schöne Wohnung mit toller Aussicht, einem Kinderzimmer mit genug Platz für zwei Kinder und einem schönen Schlafzimmer, eine geräumigen Terrasse mit viel Sonne und einer zweckmässig ausgestatteten Küche. Einzige Nachteile: Kein Wlan, das ist aber auch nicht Teil des Inserats, die Parkplätze in der Anlage waren bei unsere Aufenthalt etwas knapp, und der Fußweg vom Parkplatz zur Wohnung bedarf wegen der Steigung etwas Puste.

Traumstrand

Die Strände in der Nähe inmitten der Dünen sind großartig. Es waren nur wenige Menschen da. Die Wohnung liegt in einer der einzigen, unansehnlichen Wohnanlage, die die ansonsten so schöne Küste verunstaltet. Der Balkon der Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön. Man hat einen tollen Meerblick. Die Wohnung selbst war in Ordnung, auch wenn sie komplett zugestellt war mit den Sachen der Besitzerin. Für uns war lediglich eine die Hälfte einer Kommode mit 3 Schubladen freigeräumt. Ein bisschen weniger Zeugs wäre mehr gewesen.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Unglaublich schöner Ausblick von der Terrasse, allerdings ein relativ steiler Weg zum Strand, da sich die Wohnung ganz oben auf dem Berg befindet. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht (auch zum Kochen etc). Die Straßenanbindung ist allerdings sehr holprig mit vielen Schlaglöchern und Serpentinen. Der Strand vor Ort ist unfassbar schön und wenig besucht, die Strände der Umgebung sind ebenfalls wunderschön. Man sollte sich allerdings bewusst sein, dass die Lage sehr abseits gelegen ist, was wir sehr genossen haben! Die Kommunikation war super.

Un posto meraviglioso

Ci siamo trovati molto bene ed è stata la sistemazione perfetta perché a noi la vacanza piace così. Portu Maga è un piccolo complesso residenziale nel cuore della Costa Verde. Incantevole e rilassante. È una zona molto autentica della Sardegna, direi per intenditori. Dico questo perché è fuori dal turismo di massa. Non ci sono intrattenimenti particolari, i centri commerciali sono difficili da raggiungere, no discoteche, no pub, le strade sterrate e i guadi per arrivare alle spiagge più belle, e pure i benzinai sono rari… ma la natura il mare la spiaggia i profumi e il cielo senza paragoni. La spiaggia sotto casa è ampia e poco affollata. A pochi minuti di auto ci sono le dune di Piscinas e altri luoghi incantevoli. La casa di Francesca è molto piacevole silenziosa e rilassante e dotata di ogni confort. Dal terrazzo si godono tramonti da favola tutte le sere. Sarebbe bello tornarci. Grazie!

Bellissima Costa Verde

L'appartamento è confortevole e spazioso, in una bella posizione, con vista panoramica sulla spiaggia di Portu Maga. Posto tranquillo, ampia terrazza con vista, dove mangiare o rilassarsi. Vicino a Portu Maga si trovano Piscinas e tante altre belle spiagge e cale. Si può visitare il museo della miniera di Montevecchio e altri siti interessanti. Unica cosa da considerare che, vista la geografia della costa, per raggiungere centri verso l'interno (ad. es. Guspini, Arbus) dove fare una spesa un po' più seria bisogna fare delle strade di montagna strette (e lo stile di guida di alcuni lascia a desiderare). Però se vi piace piace essere in una posizione meno frequentata, non credo ci siano problemi: basta organizzarsi. Con Francesca non abbiamo avuto nessun problema, ottima comunicazione, molto disponibile con suggerimenti e informazioni. Raccomando il posto a chi piace il mare, la tranquillita' e la natura selvaggia. Non lo raccomando invece a chi cerca posti affolati, chiasso estivo e vita notturna.
