Great place for our family trip

Good location, nice house and pool, big bedrooms with private bathrooms. Would have been better if some disposable things were available like soap, shampoo, dishwashing soap, paper towels, etc… but a big shopping store is in walking distance.

Fabulous Villa!

Beautiful villa in a fantastic location! No need to hire a car, walking distance to both old and new town (Ubers are also excellent and very cheap!). Villa was perfect for us, very spacious with everything you could need and more. Pool area fantastic. Air con in all bedrooms and living area, which we did use at times but shutters keep the villa really cool anyway. 5 bedrooms all ensuite (a bonus). We had a really lovely holiday and hope to book this villa again. Nelita, the host, welcomed us on arrival and was really accommodating. Family of 8 aged 13 - 52 years

Tolle gepflegte Villa, schönes Anwesen

Wir haben einen schönen Urlaub in Albufeira verbracht. Die Villa hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Tolle Aufteilung der Räumlichkeiten für 3 Familien. Wir waren dort mit 10 Personen und kommen gerne wieder. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Unsere Gastgeberin hat uns herzlich empfangen und über das normale Maß hinaus betreut. Alles war perfekt! Vielen Dank an unsere Gastgeberin! Norbert

Poor communication

Arrived late in evening and host was able to meet us in person. We were given a tour of the home but no mention of broken air conditioner in one of the bedrooms—a known issue for the previous 2 weeks we found out the next day. Maybe we should have known there was a problem when we saw a portable fan in that room. We were also asked that night if we could be out of the home by 1000 on departure day—an hour earlier than the listing time of 1100—as another party was arriving early. We agreed but were quite inconvenienced when the crew arrived at 910AM and began cleaning without announcing themselves. Things break—we understand—but it’s not OK when that information is known and withheld. Furthermore, we feel our generosity was taken advantage of as cleaning began almost a full 2 hours before the contracted checkout time. We enjoyed the house and the location was perfect; we would have returned again if communication weren’t so poor.

Emplacement idéal

La maison est idéalement placé entre les 2 villes, spacieuse, propre, calme, chacun y trouve son compte. La proximité des sites à visiter, les soirées animées en font un lieu qui peut satisfaire jeunes et moins jeunes
