THE HOUSE
Surrounded by nature, at the base of the small inactive volcano (called Vulcanello) and close to the sea, the house enjoys a considerable privacy, because it looks out onto entirely on its own garden, delimited by a 'natural wall' of black lava stone. The slight altitude and the luxuriant vegetation make the home a pleasant and ventilated place where you can take cover from the summer heat.
With an internal surface of 40 m² and external of 70 m² (for a total of 110 m²) the house is organized as follows:
COURTYARD (with outdoor shower, barbecue and wooden table with benches), this gives you the access to a
LARGE COVERED PATIO (Aeolian architecture) with kitchen, refrigerator, washing machine, sideboard, table and chairs;
TWO ROOMS (2 beds and 1 wardrobe for each room, TOT SLEEPS 4) with private entrances and different keys, which can be accessed respectively from the covered patio and private courtyard;
BATHROOM with shower, which is accessed by a small hallway shared by the two rooms.

Guests have the exclusive use of the entire property and all the things written in this advertisement.

The house is situated in the residential complex of Vulcano Blue. The residence boasts a privileged position, being the only neighborhood in the eastern part of the peninsula of Vulcanello. The latter, created by an underwater eruption in 183 B.C. is currently joined to the rest of the island by a narrow isthmus. Along the narrow strip of land there are the two main beaches (called Hot Water Beach & Black Sand Beach) .

I live close to the home, so I will always be present at your arrival and departure. I won't disturb your holiday unless you need some help or suggestions.

Neighborhood
In close proximity of the house (100/200 meters) you can walk to several paths descending to the sea all characterized by rocks of black lava stone; nearby (150 / 200m), in addition to the possibility of free parking spaces, there are also two holiday villages equipped with bar, restaurant, Internet Point, two swimming pools, private beach, access to which is NOT included in the rental price.

From the residence you reach the main town / port along a single road of about 1 km. On the way you can reach the following places:
- Hot Water Beach or (600 mt.). The beach is famous for the continuous occurrence of volcanic activity.
- Black Sand Beach (800 m.), Characterized by the charcoal-colored sand. every day you can revel in the beauty of the sunset.
- Mud baths natural (1km), hot all year.
- Port (1km)
- Restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets, ATMs, shops, rental offices (cars, motorcycles, bicycles, quod), etc. (1.2km)

Other Things to Highlight
For snorkeling or spearfishing the reef near the house is an exceptional place. Being an island the price of the equipment is higher than normal.
Do not forget mask, fins and shoes / sandals for rocks.
If you are interested in natural mud baths bring a swimsuit with you that you don’t care about, because it will get muddy.
I warmly suggest that everybody go on top of the Vulcano (30 minuts walking from the base). you need closed shoes, better if trekking shoes.

The presence of animals must be declared before payment and accepted by the owner.
